Excellent - But!

Our room, as always, was excellent. But we were locked out of the hotel as you need to be buzzed in -after hours and they do not have a reliable after hours entry - the desk Staff was not present (asleep? Gaming? ) and they don’t carry a phone or have any way of knowing you are buzzing - after 15 mins in the cold he reappeared and we got in!’

This hotel is the loveliest! Clean rooms, staff that are happy to accommodate and genuinely friendly. Its location is ideal for exploring Whitehorse. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This is a very nice property. The furnishings are fairly plain, but comfortable. We really like a private bedroom area. Having a restaurant downstairs was an advantage for us although the kitchen also has limited cooking facilities. We would definitely stay here again if going through Whitehorse.

Friendly staff and amazing rooms. The hallways always make this hotel seem lower on the budget but the rooms are incredible and all staff are great. Restaurant has some great local dining options.

We’ve stayed at a lot of Yukon hotels and this stay at Raven Inn was our favourite! The staff were lovely and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the ability to control the room temperature was great. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but the menu looked nice and room service is available. The hotel is within walking distance to tons of food and shopping options. We would absolutely book at the Raven Inn again! The staff allowed us to check in an early and had approved a bit of a late check out as well. They were very accommodating!
The lovely mountain and river view from our room. Only steps to the Yukon River, Kwanlin Dun Cultural Centre and many shopping options.
