The property was nice and clean, everyone friendly helpful that part A. The room was clean but no microwave the king bed had a divit in it was not comfortable and I felt 6 inches lower then normal. The shower was good the shampoo and hair conditioner and body wash was outstanding overall C. The breakfast was good but no juices or milk to drink only for cerealB+, Overall B on the total resort. IF they make improvement on some of the ideas I pointed out easy a A resort .

This place is close to everything you will want to do in Williams. If it’s too far to walk you have free bicycles to use. We plan on returning to Williams and will definitely want to stay here again

Really nice property, clean rooms, pool was nice and there was a little sitting area by fireplace. Hotel offers bikes you can ride if your reserve them. There is also a nice bar and restaurant if you want to eat there. You also get a complimentary breakfast. The vibe is nice all around and will stay again if I am back in the area. Pet friendly

Looks like they bought a motel, remodeled the rooms, and then filled the rooms with premium furniture and other stuff. However this doesn’t change the fact that it’s a motel on your way to Grand Canyon. They also don’t give you any Vip benefits if you’re later than 8pm. Also, the breakfast was no better than any other Williams motels… except that breakfast lady! That’s why I gave two stars. Is that worth paying one Benjamin more? No if you’re only staying for the night. No if you’re staying longer. Just choose another motel and save money.

Attached to Miss Kitty’s Steakhouse where we had a fabulous meal and greeted by the chef. The grounds of the hotel were lovely and the hot tub, pool, and free bikes were a treat!

Our family loved our stay, the coziness and cleanliness of our room and the property, as well as the friendliness of the staff. The train horn can wake you up in the middle of your sleep but the beds are very comfortable and we fell right back to sleep, our room is in the back so its location is pretty private and quiet in general. We will keep staying here whenever we go to Williams, AZ.

we are elderly and both have knee problems, we made reservations in July for our trip to Williams AZ labor day weekend, we checked in and was told no first floor rooms or elevator, I think there should be a way to request one when reservations are booked online, had we known we probably would of booked a hotel with elevator, it was really hard to walk up and down stairs

When we got to the room there were no towels. Tells the gal that was working that night at the front desk immediately brought them to her room and apologized very, very on top of her job. I was very satisfied with the whole experience, including the rollercoaster.
