"We had booked 2 separate suites but they ran out or didn’t have them clean so they ‘upgraded’ us to one 2 bedroom unit. The counter had rice on it and had dried food on it. We had to scrub it down before we could use it. Everything else was neat and clean. Breakfast was what you’d expect. Staff was very polite. "

"Front desk guy was kind of short with us when I explained I checked in on line. We got to our room and it had no hand soap. We asked to have someone come and replace it. We ended up going back down to the desk and the gave us two small bars of soap. There was also a dog barking all Saturday night - Sunday morning."

"Everything was good except the room had ants really bad. My mom had them in her bed amd got bit atleast twice. And then we even seen them all the way on thendresser by the tv. "

"Bathroom was not able to close and lock. no shampoo or conditioner in shower. dirty beds entry door lock loose almost falling off. everything a mess. Bad place to stay never again"

"The entire hotel smelled. One elevator was broken and the other was moving very slow and at one point didn't open on our floor after staying stopped for a couple minutes, it then went back to the fourth floor and that elevator ended up breaking. Only the stairs could be used. Breakfast is not good."
