2M to Winter Park Ski Base! Brief pleasant walk to restaurants, bars, shopping!


Terrific location in Winter Park! Walk out the first level front door just steps away, hop on the free bus to Winter Park Ski Resort. 10 minute walk to town where you can enjoy shopping, dining and craft breweries and a distillery.

Beaver Village is the first stop before the resort and you will be shredding POW just minutes after boarding the free bus in front of our condo without fighting the heavy ski traffic through town. Hiking trails are accessible right from the property. Convenient and close to what you came here to enjoy whether it’s skiing, hiking, fishing, or mountain biking.

The ski chalet style interior is rustically finished with a well-stocked kitchen including all the cookware and condiments you need for a hearty pancake breakfast or a meal-in for the night. Fondue pots, crock pot, blender, and drip coffee for your morning Joe are all included. Sugar, flour, oatmeal, s&p, cooking oil, mayo, mustard, catsup, salad dressings and more.

Two bedrooms each with private full bath. Bath toiletries and linens provided. Two gas fireplaces, one in the living area and one in the master bedroom to keep warm on those wonderfully cold, crisp mountain evenings. Master has a gel foam king bed for maximum comfort. Second bedroom has a queen, and a twin over double bunk bed for the family. There is a lovely deck tucked into tall evergreens filled with finches, bluebirds, magpies, and hummingbirds in summer. On the deck you’ll find a Weber gas grill to cook your freshly caught trout or local Colorado steaks and brats. There is also a table and comfortable chairs to sip a morning coffee while birdwatching or a glass of wine, a cup of steaming hot chocolate or mulled wine in the evening. Enjoy apres-ski time around the fireplaces with TVs in every room or family time with plenty of puzzles, games, books. Smart TV, Bluetooth sound bar, and DVD player.

Watch the kids sled down the hill on the 3 sleds provided from the back deck, or sit out front and watch them build snowmen, snow forts, and have snowball fights in the expansive yard. First floor walk-in access with no stairs or hills to haul up luggage, skis, snowboards, bikes, etc. There is a bike rack under the stairwells for security. Parking is free and directly in front of the condo. We provide a wagon for you to help you bring in your belongings from your car although you can park approximately 30 ft. from the door. The clubhouse is short walk away with a heated pool and newly installed hot tubs to soak your aching muscles from a day of hiking or shredding. Hiking trails into the Arapaho National Forest lead directly out our door and 2.5 miles up the hill to Winter Park Resort. Keep your eyes open for the occasional moose, bear or fox. Stargazers welcome!

Summer is coming!

PGet out of the intense summer heat to the cool, sunny, dry days in the Rocky Mountains. Check out the list below but, be sure to do a web search for details. You can look up PlayWinterPark for dates and added events.

Grab your hiking shoes, load up the mountain, gravel or road bikes, pack your fishing gear! There are many summer events and things to do including concerts, running, fishing, OTV rentals, biking, hiking, off-roading, and more. There are campgrounds and dispersed camping in the valley. Book the condo for a couple of days after your adventure to get a nice shower and comfortable bed to re-charge.

No need to shop around - book with Kim & Russ

Cannot recommend this property more. Terrific hosts from the moment we booked with them. Not only is the condo very well appointed with everything you need, but it’s a great location and was the perfect spot for our ski vacation. Well stocked kitchen, great views, games, DVDs, books. Total package. And the hosts are very communicative and go the extra mile to make sure you’re all set.

This property was excellent. Close to Winter Park ski hill entrance. Great pool and hot tub center. Ski Bus picked you up very near the condo. Nice little extras inside the condo. Front porch area in the sun was very nice.

Perfect ski camp weekend with kids

This was a perfect home base for youth fall ski racing camp at Winter Park. The ski resort is 5 mins away. Town with restaurants is a few minutes away in the other direction. Kitchen was stocked with supplies to enjoy many casual family meals at home. It’s an older building, so a little drafty when the temps dropped, but the fireplaces and extra blankets made it very cozy. Many hikes and trails nearby if you drive to trailhead. Bus route comes through complex regularly, but we didn’t use it. Host was very welcoming and responsive. Flexibility with later checkout time was incredibly generous and much appreciated! Would stay again for another ski camp weekend.

BOOK THIS PLACE NOW!!! Do NOT look any further, you will NOT be disappointed!

The place was AMAZING but the people running it are even BETTER! Normally I have to contact the place I'm staying about the code to get into the place or whatever and this lovely couple contacted ME first to give me VERY detailed instructions on how to find the place, code to get it in, who to contact with issues, etc. VERY impressed. When I got there i had a slight issue getting in and didn't want to bother the hosts as they were in ICELAND but I didn't know what else to do so i text them and they replied IMMEDIATELY to me and we had the issue fixed in no time. I can't tell you how much I appreciated their help. The location is perfect, right in the middle of town and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, liquor stores and a full grocery store just a few miles down the road. Your place is tucked away so it feels like you are far away from everything. It is perfectly nestled to the very back of the property, most days it seemed like we were the only ones in the building to be honest. TWO full bathrooms is a huge plus as we were in town for my daughters wedding. The master bedroom is very spacious and has a FIRE PLACE in the room. Very large closet, big area to put your clothes away in and a large double sink. The second bedroom is very spacious and features its own bathroom as well. There were three of us there and we had PLENTY of room. They had a large bag of goodies waiting for us and homemade pickles too! 10 star!!!!!!!!!

Wonderful Location!

Loved the condo and the location! It is set up or a wonderful stay enjoyed the games and books. Restaurants were a short walk away and loved the Fraser River Trail. Bike and hiking trails were all close by and Rocky Mountain National Park was a drive but worth it.

Sisters Vacation

I can’t say enough about Kim and Russ being so informative and helpful about their place and things to do around the area! This cozy place has more than enough room to stretch out or huddle up in the couch for a movie, which they have plenty of ready for you. Very well stocked kitchen as far as condiments, coffee, tea, and a lot of spices. You won’t be disappointed in this adorable place in the mountains!

Colorado Hikes Stay

Russ and Kim were outstanding in their communication with us. The spices and condiments were very nice as we cooked several meals during our week’s stay. If the opportunity were to arise would definitely desire to stay here again.

Amazing!!

I have stayed in many vacation rentals in several countries and this was probably the best equipped, well-designed rental we have ever stayed in. Anything a family could need, from plenty of outlets to guidebooks to Legos to bird feeders! My family had an amazing time; the proximity to Winter Park village and resort was awesome. Communication with hosts was efficient and helpful. We hope to come back!

Great place to stay!

Everything was wonderful! It was very clean. There were plenty of towels rather than just enough for everyone staying. There were extra sheets. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc as well as most food staples. There was great information left by the owners regarding things to do, restaurants, trails, etc. The instructions about the condo were very clear. Check in and out was super easy. The owners were extremely responsive and great at communicating. Wr will definitely stay again if we are back in Winter Park!

Absolutely perfect :)

This is a wonderful vacation rental! I am 66 years old and have rented a lot of vacation homes over the years. The owners have really thought of everything you could possibly want or need on a vacation. If you have any questions they get back to you right away they are friendly and very knowledgeable of the area around Winter Park. if you have transportation, it will be perfect for you and the lift shuttle was a great help to us. The condo is clean, very well-kept, and you will feel right at home with the beautiful artwork and comfy beds. ! Would love to stay there again! Thanks so much for letting us stay in your little piece of heaven :)

Best condo of season

We’ve been out to WP 3x this ski season and this was by far the best condo! They do a great job giving their guests the best experience! Great for a family with all ages. Beds are so comfortable! Sleds for kid use and a welcome basket with something for every age! They had a binder with everything you needed to know! I hope we can make it back to this condo!

Beaver Village Condo

Perfectly located between town and mountain. Condo is clean, cozy and well equipped. The owners have thought of everything and their care shows. Bonus points for the western decor, the first floor location, and the super-short walk to the Lift shuttle. Highly recommended!
