Featuring an open floor plan on the main level with a plush, colorful living room, high-end open kitchen & dining area.

Ready to rest easy? The Primary King Suite features a flat screen TV, great mountain views, and a grand ensuite bathroom with jetted tub and walk-in shower. The Queen Suite features a flat screen TV, ample closet space and an attached ensuite bathroom with stylish granite countertops. The bunk room is perfect for kiddos and slumber parties, with a Twin/Full bunk and additional Twin trundle. With its incredibly convenient location, guests love being just a two minute walk from the Gondola and lifts, and located above some of Winter Park's best shopping & dining. This corner resort loft will exceed your expectations and you won't want to leave!

Very clean condo located very conveniently to ask the fun things art the Winter Park Village. It was a bit tricky to find because the house number was covered by a tree. Check in was easy. The beds were comfortable. 3 bathrooms worked great for our party of 9. The kitchen had all the things we needed to make dinner for 2 nights. The only thing that I'd suggest is adding hooks and towel racks in the bathroom connected to the queen bedroom. Everyone slept great. It was so awesome to be able to walk everywhere.

Village get away

We loved this town home so much! We were with a group of 25 people that all stayed different places and everyone said ours was the best! This was in a perfect location and the amount of space and layout was great for our family with kids. We are already making plans to come back next year.

Great place close to everything!

Great sized property enough for our 2 families to enjoy. Fully stocked kitchen with more than what you would need to cook at the property and plenty of supplies My only negative was the overall cleanliness. Dog hair was on just about everything and we spent an hour unclogging the vacuum in order to clean the floors. We had no broom to keep up with our mess for the week. Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely rent again.

Better than expected!

I always try to manage expectations with Vrbo because sometimes a property is oversold versus what you get. Not in this case! Awesome location right in the heart of Winter Park Village. Super convenient with location and parking. The condo was perfect for us. Better and bigger than expected. Kitchen was full of everything we needed and everything was super clean. We had a little issue with the door when we checked in but the property management was so responsive and everything worked out great. I would highly recommend staying in this property.

Wonderful stay in a great location

A wonderful stay for myself and my daughter. Easy access to the ski resort, great communication with management, well appointed, well stocked. Everything you could ask for in a quick ski getaway. This place is ski in, and a short walk with wagons right outside to the gondola.

Wonderful Condo at the mountain base!

The location of Perry Peaks loft is directly above the North Face store in Winter Park Village. The condo was perfect. Looks even better than the pictures
very clean, and well stocked with everything we needed/wanted. Skiing, shopping, dining are all in easy walking distance. We never needed to leave winter park village for anything. And the skiing conditions were perfect! Property management was super accommodating and their response rate was lightening fast. Highly recommend this condo! Traveler tip.. if you are coming to Winter Park from Denver and don’t want to take a shuttle bus or rent a car, consider taking the Winter Park Express Amtrak train. It is so affordable..$29 for a 2 hour scenic route from Denver directly to the steps of the resort. Doesn’t get any better! Can’t wait to go back!

Great access to the slopes

This condo had great access to the slopes which was key during Covid. We were able to meet the kids' ski instructor mid-day, run them to the condo for lunch, and get back out on the hill to continue skiing. The kitchen was well-appointed and the living spaces and bedrooms were very comfortable. The management company had great communication and checked on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed.

Summer getaway

My wife and I wanted to get a quick getaway and wanted to explore the Winter Park area. This loft was outstanding. It sits overlooking the village at the WP Resort. It is close to the retail in the village. The loft itself is stands alone from other lofts. It feels like your own private getaway in the middle of the village. It had everything we needed.

Great location and good place for families

This property was lovely and well represented by the photos. At this price point, we expected the kitchen to be a little more stocked with basics. The bedrooms are very spacious and well-decorated but the beds were a little stiff for our tastes. We enjoyed the property and during ski season it would be ideal for a small family.

Nice house, great location.

Everything was great but not having AC when it is hot is a bummer and you have to open all the windows at night to allow the air to move and then starting at 10:30 pm workers are downstairs cleaning the bathrooms and emptying trash makes it hard to sleep. Also, having a BBQ grill would have been nice.

This property is absolutely superb. The location is unmatched as it is right in the newest part of the WP base with a lot of shops and places to eat just downstairs. It’s in walking distance from the gondola. My family loved this place and we plan to come back again.
