This condo is located close to the clubhouse that has a pool, hot tubs and sauna. The condominium's interior is nice and bright with light wood cabinetry in the updated kitchen plus light walls and carpeting. The furnishings are comfortable with a large dining table and cozy couch which pulls out into a sofa sleeper for extra bedding.
A small family, couples or singles really enjoy this home away from home with a full kitchen complete with stove, microwave and fridge. Pots, pans and cooking utensils are included making it easy to prepare meals or snacks. The fireplace is inviting on cool winter days and nights plus the occasional cool summer evening. The condo is located minutes from downtown Winter Park CO and minutes from Winter Park Resort for great skiing and snowboarding.
Location: Building 7, 1st floor. The building is located in the 5 to 9 cul-de-sac only a short walk to the Clubhouse.
