The unit has been modernized to include a flat screen HDTV located next to the wood-burning fireplace, along with a VCR and DVD player, all enhanced by mountain-themed decor throughout the main living area. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and contemporary appliances, and it seamlessly connects to the dining area, which is furnished with a table and chairs that can seat up to six people. Please be aware that air conditioning is not available. The hallway contains a complete bathroom, and the living room is furnished with a queen sofa sleeper, offering an additional sleeping arrangement if necessary. The complimentary town shuttle stop is located just a short distance away; however, you may also choose to stroll to Main Street, situated two blocks from your location, to experience the various restaurants, shops and outdoor events and activities available in the downtown area. The recreation center features a designated children's area that includes games, a flat screen TV and appropriate furnishings. The expansive great room boasts vaulted ceilings and is equipped with a pool table, a dining table with chairs, a small kitchenette, and large windows flanking a gas fireplace. Additionally, there is a large flat screen TV, a computer station with complimentary Wi-Fi and ample seating. The locker rooms are designed with tiled flooring and include bathroom stalls, showers and lockers for convenience. The main pool and spa area is enclosed by large glass windows and contains an indoor pool, two hot tubs and a cozy sitting area with a table and chairs. Quaint Condo in beautiful Winter Park
A quaint and older condo, very cozy and just enough room for 5-6 people. The place was clean and just as described. Conveniently located, within in walking distance to everywhere in downtown Winter Park. The only thing that was remotely negative was the refrigerator was a bit loud, and with it being a condo thr people upstairs moving around would be a bit noisy, but that’s to be expected. I would stay here again again.

Convenient to town but not the best value
Condo is nicely appointed in the main room, though very, very small. The kitchen is tiny. No real way to cook anything. We couldn’t fit a take and bake pizza in the oven!
The bed in the bedroom back to the right is WAY too soft and caved in so the sleeping is not great. I wouldn’t look for this condo again, particularly because the price is so much more than several in Fraser that are much nicer and roomier. Though we did enjoy the pool/rec center at Hi Country. The hot tubs are nice and hot and the pool is large enough to have fun.
If the beds were replaced and visitors planned to eat out every meal, it would be good but there are better values within 5 minutes of this location.
