shops (1 block away). Sleeps 12. Private Hot Tub, fire pit and bbq grill island on rooftop deck. Short walk to a shuttle stop which will take you to the chairlift!!! This unit also offers an attached one car garage with EV charger (adapter is for Tesla) and other parking spots behind the building as well as on the street. In unit washer and dryer.

Enter this unit from the garage or the front door which is located on the opposite side of the garage. Coming from the garage or the front door, you will bring walk into the first level flex space. It is a spacious room with a desk, twin bed with trundle, a full bathroom, seating area and a TV—such a great
space for games or a movie.

Take the stairs up to the second floor, you will find one large open room where the living room (sleeper sofa), dining room with a table seating for 10 to 12, and a well-equipped kitchen with beautiful granite countertop. A comfortable and luxurious space for all 12 guests. One more level up brings you to all three bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed with an en-suite bathroom. The second and third
bedrooms share a full bathroom accessed from the hallway. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a full-sized bunk with a twin on top and a twin trundle.

From this level, take one more flight of stairs to the magnificent roof top deck. This large space has a BBQ grill island with insulated ice bin, a private hot tub, a firepit with plenty of seating and spectacular mountain views in every direction!!!!! This is a great townhome for 2 families or several couples.
This property is NOT handicap-friendly. If you have problems walking up the stairs, then this home is NOT for you.
