Welcome to our 5 bedroom luxury town home located directly across from the Winter Park Ski Resort. This well appointed Townhome provides convenience, fabulous views and wonderful accommodations.

On the main level you will discover 2 beautifully appointed king bedroom suites, each with TV, walk-in closets and full baths. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, each with queen beds and a shared full bath with tub and shower. On the lower level is a great bunk room providing 1 twin over full bunk bed and 1 twin over twin bunk bed. TV/DVD and full bath. Bring your X-Box or favorite gaming devices and plug them right in. Popular board games provided to add to the family fun. Lots of great living space on 3 levels - sleeps 12.
End a glorious day of skiing or hiking by relaxing in the large, private hot tub overlooking the slopes and under the stars. Our townhome is minutes from the national forest and all the trails it has to offer. The inviting living room features a gas fireplace, smart cable TV, DVD and amazing mountain views. Warm yourself by the fire and catch a football game or simply enjoy quiet music in the beautiful mountains that surround you.
The kitchen will please any gourmet, well equipped with most all appliances and the dining table is great for large group seating. A gas grill on the deck is great in any season. Would you like groceries to be waiting - that service is available to you. Shuttle is across the street for the ski resort or into town. Whether your group is many or few - you will love the features of this home away from home. Laundry room with washer and dryer, ski storage in the heated garage and free wireless internet provides you with everything you'll need for the perfect Winter Park vacation! We are a licensed short term rental with the City of Winter Park. Our license number is 005650.

Parking is only allowed in the driveway and garage. The HOA charges a $300 fine for parking on the side of the street, passed on to the renter.

There is overflow parking on the left when coming into Lakota on Lakota Trail.

A very comfortable home perfectly set up for a ski vacation with beautiful views of the slopes from the front deck and hot tub. There is a ton of storage space for gear. It's steps from the shuttle bus stop to town or the resort. Despite the lack of snow this spring, we had a great stay and would love to come back!

We had a great experience staying in Winter Park! The house was very clean and had plenty of space and amenities for 8 people. We could have hosted more if needed. The kitchen was stocked with all of the utensils and tools we could have needed. The grill and hot tub both worked great. The host was also very responsive. It’s a 10 minute walk to the resort or an easy drive across the street, so skiing was easy. We would absolutely stay again.

Very nice large home was well-supplied with pots and pans, etc for cooking family meals. Great location just across the highway from Winter Park ski resort, a shuttle bus loop provides easy access from home to ski area, and there is a great view of the ski runs from the large main window. There is a private hot tub on the balcony. Parking easily accommodates 2 large vehicles, one in the garage and one in the driveway. Communication with the host was perfect.

This was a wonderful stay for us with 4 adult couple. We appreciated 4 bedrooms with queen/king beds instead of bunk beds. Our host was superb with hospitality and answering our questions. Close to a Lift bus stop for skiing at the mountain. The VRBO was a cozy and homey atmosphere with a beautiful view!

Fantastic location and home for a large family

For many years we have rented a large home for a family ski trip and this home was by far our favorite! The location could not have been better. It is literally across the street from Winter Park Ski Resort and less than a minute walk to the shuttle stop. It is well stocked with everything you need for a family of 12-14. The kitchen had enough everyday items for our family of 9 to cook and eat 3 meals a day and not run out of anything before running the dishwasher each night. The kids loved sharing the bunk bed room complete with big TV and bean bag chairs. We used the hot tub and large beach towels provided daily after hitting the slopes and played many of the games from the bookshelf at night. Thermostats are very accurate and properly balanced so it was easy to control the temperature on all 3 floors. The large washer and dryer came in very handy and the radiant heat floors were a great bonus! And our host was very responsive and friendly when we called or texted with questions. We highly recommend this property and hope to stay here on our next trip to Winter Park!

A wonderful stay with wonderful memories!

We booked this home for a 7-day vacation for the whole family and had a great time! We were excited to arrive based on the description, and our expectations were not only met but exceeded! We used all the rooms and bathrooms and enjoyed the easiness of the hot tub, the gas fireplace, and cooking in the kitchen. The dishwasher and washer/dryer were modern and functioning; the mattresses are all high-quality. Above all, everything was super-clean! not a speck of dust anywhere when we arrived, carpet in the bedrooms warm and nice, clean, all furniture impeccable. THANK YOU Lisa, your home is awesome and we have great memories of our stay. We hope to come back next year!

Perfect Thanksgiving Week

Perfect property for our group of 6 adults and 2 kids. Plenty of room for everyone. Generously equipped kitchen for our Thanksgiving dinner! Location is wonderful — such easy access to skiing, trails within walking distance, and quick drive to town. Bonuses: 22 inches of snow and seeing a moose nearby!

Beautiful end unit with a great view of Winter Park

We’ve been coming up to Winter Park for 18 years. Lakota is a great location and this end unit with direct views of the slopes is incredible. Perfectly accommodated for a family and a great location. Will definitely be coming back.
