Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. Home was exactly as advertised. It had everything we needed. 5 guy trip. Walked to all restaurants, fishing, and bike rental. Great intermediate single track mnt biking right up the street. Home had all the bells and whistles.

The place was immaculately cleaned, and absolutely beautiful. We had more then enough room for our family. The beds and layout are very intentional and that was wonderful! The hot tub was nice and clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Overall a wonderful stay! Will try to book this again when we come out!

Great space for multiple families of all ages!

Came to ski with my kids, my husband parents and their dog and his sister, husband and their 3 y/o, 11month old and their dog and we all felt like we had space to spread out. House has everything you need and was a 5 minute drive to the mountain. Was super clean and modern but also comfortable like a home. Would absolutely recommend!

Amazing home with roof top hot tub

The home is immaculate, spacious and has absolutely everything you could need plus extras!! It was very clean and enjoyable! The hot tub was an amazing extra that we enjoyed early morning and evening. The views are great from the balcony. It was close to many attractions, eateries, park, shopping and drinks. We will make this trip again to this very home!

Extremely Comfortable and Great Layout

This is easily the best group getaway house I've ever rented. It has so many bedrooms and bathrooms that everyone can feel very comfortable. The roof, the main level, and the basement common/living areas are each well-sized for a big group without feeling too empty and each offers something different. I'm an architect and this house's layout impressed me.

Loved the house and location. BUT- we suggest some sort of grip pads on stairs. We had an injury to a guest when they slipped on upper level stairs after being in hot tub when feet were wet. Also water filter is out of date.

Plenty of room in this beautiful and well appointed home

The house itself is 6 stars, high ceilings, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, very spacious and has everything you need. The 3rd floor hot tub area is perfect and you can hear the river from any room on the back of the house including the master. This house is located in a densely packed down town Winterpark community. The main VRBO picture gives the impression that it is on a hill standing alone, but it isn’t and there are other houses within 10 feet of it. At this time the neighborhood is a construction zone. We were lucky that they did not work on Monday, but on Tuesday (thankfully check out day) there was a lot of construction noise. Once complete, the neighborhood will be very peaceful. We enjoyed our stay in Winter Park.

Cool house but bad communication made for busted trip

I'll start this by saying that everything other than what I mention below was great. We booked this home not only for its size and aesthetic, but also because it listed "a universal fast charge electric car charger". And that was one of our two cars that our large group would be taking up the mountain. After check in we noticed that the car charger was not there and called the property manager. They said they would call us back by 7pm with an answer. They did not call back. Which was a big deal since we had 10 people that wanted to explore the town and now we were down a car. When we called back the next morning we were told that there is not a car charger and they would be emailing where we could find a car charger in the area. We were looking ourselves as well. They did not email back and I had to call back. We looked for a car charger ourselves, taking time away from our planned activities, only two find our first three stops where either a line ten cars deep for one station, or broken. We finally found a parking garage that had to charge the car overnight. So only one car for 10 people our entire trip. Between that and that lack of communication (no calls / emails back, late calls) our trip was a bust. One manger was very nice and offered us an incredibly low refund. Also, they know this was misstep as they have since corrected the listing for a car charger. Busted trip and bad communication.

Preserve Creekside Luxury Home #280 Awesome Stay

It's 5 pm on a Friday and we are in a house in Tabernash (booked with another rental company) with a pile of trash, a dirty kitchen with a dead mouse, and we need another place to stay. We have had great experiences with WP Escapes and I decided to give them a call. April at WP Escapes stayed later to make sure we found a place last minute and found us one of the nicest homes we have stayed in at Preserve Creekside Luxury Home #280. Everything was perfect and we will be booking with WP Escapes again.

This would have been five stars but we had no Wi-Fi, internet or television until Thursday late afternoon. We checked in on Saturday and checked out on Saturday which meant we had less than a day and a half of those services. Would compensation for that lost time be in order? We had people who needed to try and do a working vacation and had a difficult time finding ways to make that work.
