Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. Stay was great. Definitely a ski in. Ski out is a little dicey unless you can pole yourself close to a 100 yards. Garage parking was awesome and we had a ski rental right next door that was very convenient. Great place and great stay

Perfect Christmas

This property was amazing for our family. We wanted someplace cozy to spend Christmas and this house fit that bill perfectly. It snowed most days while we were there and because this house backs into the woods, we felt like we were in a real live snow globe! It was magical. Thank you for the wonderful memories!

Chill 103

The condo was excellent and served our purpose nicely. It was clean and spacious. The bedrooms were large, the beds were comfortable. The kitchen is also big and well stocked. We had 8 people plus some guests for dinner a few nights and never felt cramped. There is direct access to the corridor via a staircase just as advertised. I will stay here again next time I come.

Excellent stay, great location

This condo was perfect. It was clean, new and fit two families and 9 people perfectly. If anything, the kids bunkbed room was understated in the pics! The bus picks up right in front of the condo. Or, you can walk up the path and ski right to the lift. We had small children so lugging equipment on the bus to the main property was a little difficult, but not awful in any way. The hot tub was amazing too. Parking in the garage was awesome! Seriously a great property.

Perfect Ski Getaway

We are so pleased with our stay at this Winterpark location. Ski in/Ski out was perfect for our adult children. I'm more of a "green" skier so I could ski out but not back in (due to the Blue run) but the free shuttle bus back was perfect and drop off was pretty much right in front of the condo building. The condo was so well stocked from kitchen items, to bathroom toiletries to even laundry detergent! I am so impressed. The fireplace made it feel like home. Amenities were amazing and owners we met in the building were very friendly. Indoor parking garage was much appreciated too.This is THE place to stay. I would highly recommend this condo for location, amenities, and convenience.

Chill Ski In/Out Luxury Condo 103

Beautiful well maintained three-bedroom condo that was loaded with amenities. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and cooking utensils, the pantry was loaded with spices, and there was plenty of room for the six of us. We took advantage of Xplorie each day for ski rentals, tubing, and snowmobiling. On a side note, the primary bathtub has a drying feature for the jets and would go off every morning at 7am (sounded like a leaf blower), the fridge water/ice maker does not work, the hot tub is on the second floor, and the 150 steps to the ski area (Corridor run) is up several flights of stairs. After learning the nuances with the condo, we would stay there again.

Great Location. Large apartment.

Stayed with my family (2 under 5) and 5 other adults and had plenty of room. Steps out the back can lead you up the hill to the ski in/out path or take elevator out to second floor; either way, simple to access hill with a little effort. Kitchen was stocked with all the extras you need that you wouldn't necessarily buy to bring to a resort. Washer and Dryer were brand new. This unit specifically was great for young children as it was ground level with a big snow bank immediately out the back door with sleds for the kids to use. Underground parking was pretty good too with an outdoor spot.

Nice - But not ads advertised

The room and accommodations were nice and spacious. This however is not a ski in and ski out as advertised. Having to walk up about 200 steps in your ski gear is not easy access for a family. Further the steps were snow covered and not cleared. Also, it would be nice if information were provided on how to lock the doors and how to even find out how to get to the trail were provided.

Amazing!

Great location, place and amenities. We really only left to ski because it was so perfect. This visit was 5 adults, and we had plenty of room. It is definitely ski in/ski out, but I would qualify that statement with “if you are an intermediate skier and in good shape”. Access to ski out is convenient, but would take extra work with littles-it's a climb! Ski in is from the Mary Jane side and requires a little more skill in skiing and navigation, as well as a climb down with equipment. Only suggestion (not a complaint) is that some of this instruction would be provided on the front end. Thank goodness for GPS showing the way. Great amenities. Close to the village and parking was a real bonus. Would love to return.

Lovely condo

The condo was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Loved being on the ground level, corner unit with a walk out door. The kids loved taking walks in the beautiful forest! It was also nice to have both a hot tub and small pool. There were only 2 negatives. One was that the pillows in the bunk bed room were huge and firm as a rock! Very uncomfortable. Also, we couldn’t get the ceiling fan/light combination in the master bedroom to work. We called the property managers about both of these issues. Maintenance came to check the fan/light and said it was broken and they would have to get approval from the owner to replace it. They gave us more box fans. But box fans are noisy whereas ceiling fan are essentially silent so it would have made sleeping much more comfortable if the ceiling fan worked. It took 2 days for housekeeping to bring some better pillows so we only used them for one night.Overall, we would stay here again and highly recommend this condo!

Beautiful, modern condo was very comfortable for our group of 4 adults and 3 18 YO boys. Condo had everything we needed and beautiful views of the snowy woods. Garage parking was a definite plus. Ski in/ski out is doable with a short walk, but like other reviews have stated - it’s not accessible for beginner skiers. Skier drop-off is very easy and just up the road at Level 3 parking lot. There is also a shuttle that stops at Iron Horse to and from the resort. We rented ski equipment at winter park resort - but there is also a ski rental place at iron horse just steps from the condo. I would rent from them, especially if you are taking advantage of ski in/ski out. One other note - lots of restaurants are closed Mon/Tues. there are 2 grocery stores nearby but their stock was pretty low during spring break. Would recommend planning accordingly if you are arriving Mon/Tues. reservations are a must at a lot of the restaurants. Overall we loved our stay here and would highly recommend this condo. We had one issue with a breaker which turned out to be no big deal and mgmt was very responsive.
