Inside, you'll love the mountain furnishings and tasteful ski décor that await you when you return home after a busy day of adventures. Plush sofas invite you to toast your toes by the fireplace while you watch the wildlife outside. Enjoy the views from the fully equipped kitchen, perfect for the chef in your group. The kitchen boasts granite counters, high-end appliances, and all the amenities. Indulge in relaxation as heat pours from the sizable central gas fireplace into the lounge. Read local literature or catch up on your most-liked programs displayed from the large flat screen TV. Adjacent to the living area is a round mahogany dining table that seats eight with convenient French door access to the private deck. Here you'll find a propane grill, outdoor dining set, and private hot tub engulfed in forest views with a privacy fence making it an ideal hangout in the spring, summer, and autumn.

Ready to rest easy? Head downstairs to one of the three bedrooms. There is a King Primary Suite with ensuite bathroom. A Queen bedroom and a bunk room with a shared bathroom with hallway access. All three feature large flat screen TV's and plush bedding. Ponderosa Pines is your perfect mountain getaway. Enjoy the private underground heated garage, elevator to your front door, on the free shuttle route, and close proximity to everything. This townhome has it all for your group to spread out but still come together in the open living spaces.

Sleeping Arrangements: King Primary Suite, Queen bedroom, Twin/Queen XL bunk with an additional Twin trundle in the bunk room Plus, a Queen size self-inflating EZ Bed. Sleeps up to 10 guests.

Just ok

This property was just ok. They need to update the tvs to smart tvs. They have done some updates in the house and you think this would be one. You only get cable that is the cheapest you can get and can not log into your own Netflix account. There are no clocks in the house, only on the stove. No USB plug ins so make sure you bring a box for your chargers. The hot tub was amazing!

Great location with a great space for either friends or families to stay to go skiing at Winter Park! Bus system is just down the road. The place had all the amenities we were looking for including a well maintained hot tub (crucial imo for out of town skiers not used to the leg exercise). Check in and out was a breeze and the host was very responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Place for a Gathering

We recently stayed at the ponderosa pines and were very happy with the accommodations. The kitchen and living areas were spacious and well-appointed, and it was very clean. The bedrooms were comfortable, with the small exception of the pillows, which we found to be stiff and hard. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time and would recommend a stay there!

WP ski trip

Communication from the property owner was great from the booking through check out. Property was clean and spacious. Hot tub was awesome after a long day on the slopes. It was nice to have underground parking though I could see that getting a little tight depending on how many renters/owners are there on the weekends. Everyone in our group loved their stay. Only minor suggestion would maybe be having a Roku or streaming device on the tvs to allow guests to log into their accounts to watch additional programming. Overall wad a great experience, thanks!

Spacious and comfortable

We stayed here with 8 people while skiing and had plenty of space for us and our bags. Kitchen was very nice and we were able to cook up several meals. Hot tub on the lower floor was amazing after a long day skiing, as was the proximity to multiple bus routes to keep walking down on tired legs. Would definitely look into staying here again.

Very comfortable with excellent, well-equipped kitchen for those who like to cook for themselves. We spent a lot of time in the hot tub on the balcony. Three minute walk to shuttle bus. Large comfy couch. A couple of minor maintenance issues, but management was very responsive.

Great Spot for big group!

This is a great choice if you like to cook and entertain. The kitchen has everything you need and the dinning table is terrific. Nice bench seats so you an all fit at the table, eat, drink and play games. If you have a big group this is terrific. The staff was also very attentive. They called to make sure we got in ok and if we had any needs. Top notch customer service. Our family had a great stay and I would highly reccomend Unit #9

Overall, lovely

The property was beautiful--clean, quiet, spacious. Our only complaint was that we came home one afternoon to the carbon monoxide detector going off and the garage was full of smoke and smelled of exhausted. The detector went off for about 3 hours. We called the management at least 3 times, and they said they were sending someone, but no one came until the next morning. Just a bit concerning to sleep in a place where the carbon monoxide detector went off for hours.
