-The unit can accommodate additional guests with the trundle bed in the third bedroom, a fold out couch in the loft, and a pack and play, for a total of 10 guests.

Please note that this vacation rental does not permit pets. This is not guaranteed to be allergen free as service animals are accommodated. Parking is also available for two vehicles: one located in the garage and one located in the parking lot.

We`d like to let you know that this property is currently on the market. We don`t anticipate this affecting your stay, but on occasion, a licensed realtor may request a brief showing of the home. If that happens, we`ll always provide advance notice and do our best to coordinate around your schedule to minimize any inconvenience.

Please note:
A refundable $250 damage deposit is collected 2 days prior to check-out. The deposit will be held during your stay and, provided there are no damages, missing items, or other charges resulting from your stay, it will be refunded to the original payment method after check-out.

The property owner assumes no liability for any injuries, damages, or lost items during the stay.

In the case of approved long-term stays, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required for 1-month stay. For stays longer than 1 month, mandatory cleanings will be scheduled monthly. The cleaning fee is $50 per service, or $75 with linen service included.

No smoking indoors; please use designated outdoor areas.
