Welcome to Your Winter Park Getaway!

We’re excited to welcome you to our luxury condo located in the heart of the Base Village at Winter Park Resort. Just a 2-minute walk to the 10-person Gondola, Chairlifts, Ski School, and The Village—home to a variety of shops, dining options, and a seasonal ice-skating pond—our location can’t be beat!

Located on the 6th floor, our unit offers beautiful views of the mountains, and the Amenities Deck. You’ll love being just steps from the elevator (with no elevator noise) and high above the bustle of the deck for peace and quiet.

WELCOME!

We would like to welcome you to stay in our luxury condo located in the Base Village at Winter Park Resort. The brand-new flooring is modern and stylish! In addition, our guests can enjoy the brand new 2025 Italian leather sofa and armchair. The new Italian queen size sleeper sofa provides great support and a comfortable good night sleep.

Our condo is just a 2-minute walk to the new 10-person Gondola, Chairlifts, Ski School, and resort Village. At the Base Village where you can find a variety of shops, dining, and an ice-skating pond.

KITCHEN
This is a kitchenette that is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. It features granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.

BEDROOM & BATHROOM
The bedroom features a KING-SIZE bed. It also has a ceiling fan and a 27-inch TV. The bathroom has an over-sized bathtub and stand-up shower. Comfort and convenience features include humidifier, iron, and hair dryer.

LIVING ROOM
The entertainment center comes equipped with a 32-inch LCD flat-panel TV, and XBOX ONE.

LOCATION & AMENITIES
Fraser Crossing is conveniently located in the Winter Park Base Village. The building has an amenities deck on the third floor that includes an enormous 2025 outdoor hot tub, outdoor fireplace, and a barbecue grill. The lobby provides access to building elevators, heated underground parking garage, and private ski lockers. For security, key codes are required for entry to the building and garage.

TRANSPORTATION
The Winter Park Resort provides free bus transportation to town.

Wonderful condo with all of the amenities one could ask for. The garage entrance kiosk is in need of some attention. We had difficulty getting into the garage a couple of times as we were unable to enter a reservation code or scan our QR code. The garage did eventually open after sitting there for a bit which we were thankful for. Otherwise, everything else was wonderful. Thank you!

Great Location for Winter Park Adventure

We loved the space and location of this condo. It comes as advertised. It is a short walk to the gondola and shops in the base area. Unit was very clean. Inside parking with short walk to elevators and ski lockers made moving in and out easy. Bedroom and bath are roomy and well set up. Kitchen is compact but functional. Refrigerator is small but fine for a few days of supplies. Gas fire place in living room makes things cozy. Sofa bed is fine for kids but worn springs would make it challenging for two full size adults. Overall, we really liked the unit and would definitely come back again. The owner was extremely kind and pleasant to deal with.

This property is perfect for 2-4 people who plan to ski at Winter Park. Well situated in the ski resort with a 4-minute walk to the Gondola lift, 3 minutes to the local shops and has great top floor views from the deck. Excellent internet service, inexpensive and close underground parking, well-furnished and included secure ground floor gear lockers. Owner was responsive to questions and with the checkin/out materials.

Property was clean and well stocked with basics when we arrived. Refrigerator is an under-counter size, bigger than most hotel rooms but not a full fridge, so plan the perishables you bring accordingly. Unit is very well located; 3 minutes walk to base of gondola. Communication with Hue was excellent and she was very accommodating. Sofa bed was fine for our 11 year old. Gas fireplace was very pleasant.

Fantastic location and beautiful views!

We LOVED our stay at Hue's condo at Fraser Crossing. Hue was extremely helpful and so very accommodating. The condo building is directly behind Zephyr Mountain Lodge in the main Winter Park Village. It's an easy walk from anywhere in the village. You have beautiful mountain views, a great vantage point to see when the hot tub isn't crowded, and a view of the ice skating pond. We stayed with our two young daughters and they were very comfortable on the sofa sleeper. Plenty of towels, pillows, blankets, and the gas fireplace puts out really nice heat. The condo is spacious and the bathroom is huge! We were only there for a weekend so we didn't do any cooking, but there is a mini-fridge, 2 burner stove, convection microwave and a crockpot, with a decent amount of kitchen utensils. I honestly have nothing but glowing things to say about this condo. We will definitely be back if Hue will let us come again! We had such a great time. Thanks again!!!

Nice, Cozy 1 BR Condo at Winter Park. Easy walking distance to lifts/shops/restaurants. Owner, Hue, was super flexible and helped accommodate a luggage problem we had based on arrival time vs condo access time. My family and I truly appreciate Hue's kindness.
