Trailhead 524 Clubhouse w/ Hot tub | Pool

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your home cooking needs. Including pots, pans, blender, crockpot, casserole dishes, and all the utensils you’ll need to make a gourmet dinner. With all of our homes, we supply this home with your first cup of coffee and creamer so you can wait to run to the store until after you have a morning cup of coffee.

We also supply each home with comfy linens, towels, washcloths, hand towels, tissue, and toiletries (bar soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and tissue paper) for your stay. We also supply laundry detergent and softener so you can return home from your vacation with clean clothes if you choose to!

The clubhouse at Trailhead lodges is at the center of this amazing downtown Winter Park community. It features an entertainment room with a flat-screen television, fireplace, and pool table. Also located in the clubhouse is a heated pool and hot tub. The clubhouse also has large grills and a fitness room.

The bedrooms are set up for a large family or two for sleeping arrangements. The bunk room has two bunk beds (both are twin over twin), Bedrooms two and three have king-sized beds. The primary bedroom has an oversized soaking tub for those sore muscles after skiing all day. Sleeping up to 8 in this home.

Parking is free on-site but only allows for TWO vehicles. So if you bring more than two cars you’ll need to park the extra cars in the free parking garage at Cooper Creek Square and ride the shuttle or walk the few blocks back to Trailhead lodges.

This unit is located on the second floor of the building so you’ll need to climb the stairs.

Accessing your vacation home is as easy as entering a four-digit code. This unit is equipped with a smart lock so you won’t need keys on your stay and you also won’t have to check in or out at a separate location.

Cleaning:
We follow policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards outlined by VRMA, WHO and the CDC for Covid-19. Our cleaners sanitize each property before your stay.

We do not guarantee that hot tubs, pools, or other common area amenities will be open for your use during your stay.

Great layout - view is of a marsh area versus other condos. Hot tub was great and short walk to ski shuttle and restaurants. If up for. 30m drive to Granby check out Fitch Cafe on Fri or Sat for prime rib.

Comfortable and convenient

This condo was very conveniently locate close to the main and auxiliary bus lines with adequate parking and amenities. The only issue was with many cracked and chipped dishes (notified manager and being replaced, I think) and dirty cookware that was easily cleaned. I assume the manager will address with the cleaning crew. Elevator was out of service, but only one flight up. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice place - needs updating. Property management struggles a bit with common area amenities- hot tub wasn’t working, card key to access pool didn’t work, check in code to open door didn’t work etc. had to run out at 10pm to find replacement battery for smoke alarm because mgmt comp doesn’t check messages until they get in in the morning (they use 3rd party answering service after hours). Nothing too egregious,but simple things that add up.

Perfect Winter Getaway

Our Family had a wonderful stay in Winter Park. The condo was perfect for two families with a total of 4 kids. The drive to the mountain was less than 10 minutes and the location was near restaurants, ski rental places, and a park. The two sleds in the closet were a nice touch for the kids to sled on the nearby hill.

Perfect accommodations

The listing stated it slept 8 and it actually slept 8 in beds! (Sometimes the listing says it sleeps 8 and 2 people are relegated to pull out couches, not the case here which was amazing!). The kitchen was beautiful and location was close to “Downtown” which was very convenient and in walking distance. The views were also just gorgeous. The place looks out to the mountain and greenery and we even saw a mama moose and her baby one morning! Very peaceful and serene. One comment there weren’t basic condiments (salt and olive oil) at the place which we expected (right or no) and had to scramble for when cooking meals. Fortunately the neighbors were lovely and helped us out! Great time, would def return.

Beautiful, peaceful view! Loved sitting on the deck and listening to the stream. Walking distance to entertainment, restaurants and shopping. My husband and adult children loved each having our own bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen well equipped, laundry room came in handy. Communication with management was top notch. We would stay here again!

Needs thorough cleaning

Property was not completely cleaned. When I called mgmt co to let them know that all kitchen surfaces were dirty they ignored my complaint and didn’t offer to clean it, refund cleaning fee etc. Ants on living room window sills. Blankets and additional pillows thrown haphazardly in closets. Def needs work

Best summer vacation ever!

This condo was in beautiful shape! The view from the balcony was amazing and so relaxing. This unit had everything we needed to feel at home as a family. We loved the area - park right across the street and restaurants/shopping within walking distance. I highly recommend this place!
