Winter Park Basecamp for Adventure

Welcome to Hi Country Haus! This classic ground floor two bedroom condo is ideally located within the heart of Winter Park. Our recently renovated Recreation Center is about 200 ft from the doorstep and includes pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, pool table, gym and laundry facilities. Just a short walk from the Fraser River Trail with quick access to the Rendezvous and Idlewild Trail systems, and just minutes on foot to concerts at Rendezvous Event Center at Hideaway Park, downtown, grocery store, coffee, dining and more! Hi Country Haus has a dedicated bus line to Winter Park Resort, and the stop is literally right out the front door. This is your launch pad to everything the Fraser Valley has to offer!

Great communication with the host. Very simple and smooth check-in/out. Nice and very well appointed apartment in Hi Country Haus complex centrally located in Winter Park. Easy walk to supermarket, stores or dinning. Unit is compact so best for up to 4 but can stretch to 6 guests if needed. Recommended!

Family Spring Break Adventure

Our family of 4 had a great stay. Condo was exactly as advertised. Fully stocked kitchen had everything we needed to eat some meals in - plus super convenient location with many restaurant options near by. Condo is just steps away from free bus route and very nice community center with pool, hot tub, gym and common area. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place for your vacation

We recently stayed in this condo and it was perfect for our family of 4. I have two teenagers and finding a place with two twin beds was perfect. We had everything we needed for our stay and cooked several meals. The condo is close to the recreation center and laundry facility. It is also very close to the Lyft pickup spot that takes you to the Winter Park resort. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We stayed for a ski vacation and the condo was perfect. It is close to the Winter Park bus stop, rec center, and town. It was the perfect place for what we needed. Chad was great to work with, we would definitely stay again.

Great Winter Park getaway!

My family really loved the location of this property. Close to downtown, next to bus stop for resort access, next to HOA pool/rec center. Owner was very accommodating with items left behind. Great condition and great owners. Thanks for hosting your property!

Clean, convenient, great vacation location

We were impressed this location and will vacation here again. Clean, well kept, cute lodging decorations, hot water and heating, and nice property amenities. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots/pans/accessories, and appliances. Bathroom was will stocked with plenty of clean towels. Comfortable sleeping rooms and plenty of storage space. Nice touch with double window shades for privacy and sleeping conditions.

Great property and location

This is a great property in a centrally located Winter Park town location. The property is very well maintained and clean! It also has access to a lovely rec center with very nice pool and hot tubs. An added plus, it has a nice sound system with a great selection of music. We booked for a quick fall get away but plan to consider this property for winter ski trips. Thank you

We are repeat guests as this rental suits our needs just fine. Easy access to town restaurants and variety of biking trails for all interests. For those wanting to hit Trestle, it's only a 3 mile bike ride too (or you can drive of course).

Great location! Perfect size for myself and two boy's. They absolutely loved having their own bed's. Well furnished and equipped with everything needed for a weekend getaway. Enjoyed the Rec center pool and spa. Very friendly neighbor's.

Fit the bill perfectly

We had a quick weekend centered around a Mountain Bike Race and activities. The VRBO was perfectly located for our needs...less than a mile from the venue, easy access to some other mtb trails, walking distance to plenty of restaurants. Definitely would stay here again.

Would stay there, again!

It was a great location, we got to do everything we wanted to do to do: atv and train in the Rockies. White water rafting was not too far away nor were the museums. I would recommend anybody to stay there.
