This Winter Park family retreat provides a spacious and delightful 2-bedroom accommodation.
Situated on the ground floor of building 2, it offers easy access to the complimentary town shuttle and the main clubhouse.
This unit has been beautifully renovated, showcasing hardwood flooring throughout the expansive open floor plan that harmonizes perfectly with the large sectional sofa.
The sofa sleeper can serve as additional sleeping space when unfolded.
Additional features include a flat-screen TV, a gas fireplace, and access to a private patio that overlooks the forest.
The kitchen boasts brand new granite countertops, durable wood cabinets, stainless-steel appliances, and track lighting.
The dining area comfortably seats 4 at the table, with 2 extra seats available at the breakfast bar.
The master bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, updated furnishings, and a newly renovated en-suite bathroom that includes double sinks and a tiled shower.
The second bedroom, which features a captain’s bunk with a queen bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top, provides access to the second full bathroom located in the main hallway.
Regrettably, there is no air conditioning available in this room.
A parking pass is necessary for this unit - limited to one per unit.

Great property but not handicap accessible

This property is listed as handicap accessible, but in fact there is a flight of stairs from the parking lot to the unit entrance that you have to use. Open parking was available nearby, but if you are mobility limited please take note.
