Our room was large, and extremely clean. The front desk associate was so kind and helpful when we arrived. He made sure we received whatever we needed - he even upgraded us to a larger room. * however * The front desk associate when we checked out the next morning was very rude and unprofessional. You should at least give your clients a "Thank you for staying with us" or even, "how was your stay". We didn't even get a goodbye. * That being said, do not hesitate to stay here. It really was perfect for what we needed it for. I won't penalize Hampton Inn's rating for one rude employee.
