The location was just what we wanted, the kitchen was as described, the staff were helpful and friendly, the only complaint would be when the unit was serviced, they replaced coffee and sugar but no milk.

"Such a great spot! We were there for a surgery at Chatswood Private, and the silkari was the perfect location! Check in was a breeze and the team was lovely! Directly across from Chatswood Chase shopping centre, and only a few minutes walk to Westfields. The suite was perfect for us. Kitchen was reasonably equipped, enough for a short stay. The 2nd bedroom door was a sliding frosted glass, not ideal if the person needs a dark room, but our toddler was fine. The bathrooms are very spacious. Showerheads are pretty intense, but I do prefer a rain showerhead! Very clean room and hotel in general. The daily complimentary coffee in the morning was so very appreciated! "
