majority of staff were friendly and inviting, especially Brooke, Maddy and Chancy.. the one disappointing aspect was the Manager Jackie, very full of her own self importance and like to speak down to customers and staff alike.. Staff and rooms where great. But it’s very loud due to the busy highway and hard to sleep. They need to update their windows bad even though this place was just built. It sounded like the window was wide open all the time.

Mostly good. Great staff at reception, clean and fresh rooms. Parramatta Road is not the ideal location for a hotel, but it suited our needs for this particular weekend.
