Adorable home close to Victoria Beach with swimming, picnic tables, a fishing jetty, & boat launches. Sunset Grille Lakeside & J.D.'s on the Lake(Ozark's Blue Cat Lodge) are minutes away by boat or car! Come hang out on our huge private deck with propane firepit set, ample seating or choose the wood firepit out back for smores and grilling out on the gas grille. Inside you'll find plenty of space for family game time, relaxation, or a dance party and karaoke with friends and family! New furnishings and appliances with plenty of kitchen essentials and large island for enjoying meal time together. The electric fireplace's in the living room and master bedroom can be used for heat or just a relaxing ambiance glow. There is ample seating throughout the home for multiple family activities. Our community offers walking lake access and plenty of wildlife! There are 4 parking spaces available. Note: This house is not directly on the lake. We welcome short term and long term renters! Perfect for families and little ones (only small sets of stairs). Main living area is one level so great for looking after two toddlers. Also loved the bidet in the master bathroom. Great safe neighborhood for long walks too.

Great Lake Allatona location

Our family used the baseball tournament at Lakepoint as a reason to gather and we all stayed in this house comfortably. The house is located near the lake, has easy access to lake amenities and is a short drive to the games. I would recommend this house for families looking for something other than a hotel stay for their visit to Lakepoint.

Large land house w/ very responsive hosts

My family of five (all adults) were very comfortable in Connie’s Land House. We looked forward to returning every evening. As shown in the pictures, a family of deer greeted us in the yard each night. We didn't use the kitchen other than to make coffee but it appeared to have everything we could have needed. The beautiful windows helped make some good TikTok content.

Beautiful property! Lots of deer and fireflies. The weather prevented use of the fire pit, but the yard was lovely. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We came for a baseball tournament and it was a long drive from the sports complex, but it was a very relaxing out in the woods.

Amazing place nestled in the GA pines along Lake Allatoona. We were traveling for a baseball tournament at nearby Lakepoint complex and needed a house large enough for our family of four plus two grandparents traveling with us. This place was a great find and we would return again if we head back to Lakepoint in the future.

House was in great location had tournament softball games at Hobgood park which was less than eight minutes away property and neighborhood was a perfect place to relax and unwind house was very roomy and plenty of room for our family It is very nice to be located close to the lake to check out the scenery and walk the trails

CLEAN & Quiet!!

I stayed here with family & friends. 7 total. Plenty of room to sleep & eat. This house was great!! It's the cleanest place I have EVER stayed. You can tell that Connie takes pride in this place. We loved the notes spread out throughout the house. Very quiet neighborhood as well. Just be on the lookout if you are driving at night...deer are everywhere!! We also enjoyed the lake which was only a 5 minute drive or less. Pictures don't do this place justice. Again...it's CLEAN & we had a blast with the Karaoke machine. The beds were very comfortable. If I'm ever back in this area I will definitely be staying here. Thanks again Connie & John.

My Dream Retirement Home

Love the layout and decor, calming and peaceful. Would love something like this when I retire. Wonderful vacation home! Has everything you need in a quiet neighborhood not far from plenty of activities, restaurants and shops. And everyone in the area is so friendly!

My 2nd stay here

This was my 2nd stay and I just love this place! It’s now my go-to place to reserve when I visit family in the north suburbs of Atlanta. It’s usually just me, and occasionally my granddaughter spends the night, but this place could easily accommodate a family of 4 comfortably. What I love the most is the spacious living/kitchen/dining area! It’s great for entertaining.

Already booked my next stay!

This home was perfect for entertaining and family dinners! I stayed by myself, but family that lives locally came over and the layout was perfect for get togethers. The main/great room is so spacious. The entire house is decorated nicely and it truly feels like a home away from home. Super clean and it had everything needed for a great visit. I’ve already booked another visit in April.
