Its proximity to the Joshua Tree National Park and the Pioneertown Mountains Preserve promises a wealth of outdoor experiences. The house itself is a haven of comfort, with a hot tub for a relaxing soak and breathtaking vistas that sweep across the high desert. Inside, guests will find all the necessary amenities to make their stay as pleasant as possible. Let your dreams run wild in this delightful dwelling. Guest Access:

The property is yours to enjoy privately.



Other Things to Note:

You will need to travel on some dirt roads to reach the property but it's accessible to most cars without an issue. We will send you exact driving directions so you can find your way. GPS doesn't work and will get you lost. We recommend arriving for the first time during the day whenever possible but our directions are very exact and when followed should get you there without an issue.



Pet Friendly: We're pet friendly! Two well-behaved pups allowed. There is a $100 fee per pet, paid at time of booking. No pups on the furniture and no pups left alone in the house (unless crated) or in the yard and please dispose of any pet waste. We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner's severe allergy. Appreciate your understanding!



Check in/Check out: Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 11 am.



Please review our cancellation policy closely. If you’re worried about the possibility that you may need to cancel after the refund period is closed we highly recommend adding travel insurance to your booking.



THINGS TO NOTE:

Paved Roads/Dirt Roads: Dirt roads, not capable of low riding cars

Fenced yard: Not fully fenced

Outdoor Surveillance: We have outdoor camera on the front door only for guest's safety

Cell phone coverage: NO cellphone coverage



◦ Wildlife: this is the rural desert and we share the space with the wildlife. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat.



◦ Additionally, any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee



◦ Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address



◦ RULES:

Noise ordinance:

Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine.



◦ SMOKING POLICY

No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees



◦ Restricted Areas:

Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item.



◦ Hot Tub/Pool:

** Please note: Cowboy pools are unavailable from November through March.**

Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.

Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration.

No drinking in the hot tub, please.

Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we're in the desert and debris can easily get into the water.

Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance.



☆ Cowboy Pool Availability ☆

The cowboy tub is drained and unavailable for guest use during winter months (November - March) to prevent the filter from freezing and breaking.



◦ Photoshoots & Video:

No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. If you would like to use our home for those purposes please send us a message. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5000 violation and production fee.
