We found the suite not cleaned or not ready for anyone We were 4 of us but only 2 bathrobes and 2 pair of sleepers and no soap or toilet papers for 4 people The suite was dirty , we were unable to turn the aircon off so it was freezing in the suite . Maintenance was not available Overall very expensive and very disappointed with the state of the suite and the lack of help from the staff to resolve the issues. The balcony according to the picture was supposed to have furniture but unfortunately it was bare nothing was there

It is a very nice place to stay for our trip back to the US. Very close to the train station and the airport. The hotel is very nice and very comfy. We used the kitchen briefly. Highly recommend. I would stay again.

Great hotel for the event - literally opposite, a 3-minute walk! Plenty of convenience stores and close to the train station. Really enjoyed my stay. Loved the unexpected upgrade to a room with kitchenette facilities, which was a lifesaver with eating out being pricey.

This is a very beautiful hotel. I would stay again. But for the price, there are a few details I would expet to have been a little better. My coffee maker in my room or outlet were not functioning. But it is a very modern hotel.
