I have had a wonderful experience at this place. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The Room was equipped with the best facilities . The Restaurant was very clean and Food was amazing. Overall I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

Adequate stay and good location

Did the job needed. Easily accessible from the airport. One issue was the hotel had outlined there was a free airport shuttle beforehand when we booked. However then asked for us to pay for this service. We used uber instead.

It was fine. It was pretty expensive but overall fine. What I didn't like is that the restaurant did not smell good and there was a huge financial services conference there. I got a king suite and it was in a basement more or less. Strange layout. Good staff. Bed was good. $600 a night was not justified. We liked a big room to prep to fly back and go through our 3 checked bags, but I cannot say it was worth what we paid.

We arrived at 2 am following a flight cancellation with. My spouse and my son 5 years old and we asked at the front desk to set up a second bed because they said only one bed room was available while I booked for two bed … the person never showed up to set up the bed for our son in despite for the promise of the front desk this clearly inacceptable .. I am gona ask a refund ..
