Room was full f a good size. And staff was really friendly. However the lobby is rather small and you need to navigate a few flight of steps before reaching the reception. A issue if you are carry large or heavy luggages

The hotel is located in a great location near the train station and bus/tram stops. For the price in Zurich, it's worth it; a little outdated but if using it just for resting you can't go wrong.
