Lovely hotel! Artsy, well maintained, nice hair products and the staff were incredibly helpful, even storing our bike boxes for a week until we return to the hotel at the end of our trip. 10 minutes walk to train and to old town.

Beautiful older building located centrally near shops and a short walk from the old town. Soaps are locally sourced but a little bit watered down during our stays. Triple glazed windows help keep out the noise from the trams and city night life. Rooms were moderately clean but hotel staff could definitely do some more flood mopping.

Hotel is in older building so has local charm rather than hotel feel. Located in very easy distance to main train station and shopping. Staff was very nice and property clean and good condition. The walls have a bit of wear and tear but nothing that really impacts your staff. Bed and bathroom very clean. We were there for a short stay but if staying longer the bathroom has no storage or anywhere to put things. Bathroom is spacious but no hooks, stools or cabinets. Enjoyed the location.

Centrally located and close to main train station. I wish they had better pillows and had some luggage racks. We could hear foot steps from floor above (we were on third floor). Room was beautifully decorated with good vibes. We used the Nespresso machine near the front office since there was no tea kettle in the room.

We stayed in the Apartment and WOW. Incredible views (4? windows!) and it was HUGE. I felt like I was going to move in. We will DEFINITELY stay here next time in Zurich. We also brought our 4 year old and 4 month old and they were perfectly comfortable.

Boutique & Art Hotel Helvetia felt like the perfect stop in Zurich. Just a short walk from the train station, with easy access to shopping, cafés, and restaurants, the location made exploring effortless. The hotel absolutely lives up to its name. Art everywhere, full of personality, quirky in the best possible way, and unlike any standard hotel experience. I stayed in one of the attic apartments and honestly did not want to leave my room. It was one of the most unique and memorable hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. Looking out over the city at night and seeing the stars from the window felt a little magical. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was spacious, and the staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming. I was only there for one night, but I easily could have stayed longer. This place has character, charm, and a vibe all its own.

Maybe the most helpful stuff I have seen in a hotel ever. Very professional and they were genuinely trying to make us feel as welcome as it can get. The location of the hotel is 10-15 minutes walk from the central station. There is a restaurant downstairs and several cafes and restaurants within few minutes of walk. Also there’s a big supermarket around the corner. The only tiny comment is that the entrance could be slightly more accessible as we have a baby and the stroller required some manoeuvres when trying to exit.
