Truly a terrible hotel. It looks ok from the outside, but it’s quite awful. The food is horrid the rooms are just terrible and low quality. And the price is insane for what you receive . You’re better off probably anywhere else. I had a layover for about 12 hours and decided to get a hotel, I would’ve rather just stayed in the business class lounge if I knew how awful this place was.

The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, just steps from Zurich Airport and an easy walk to The Circle, where you’ll find plenty of shopping and dining options. Getting around is simple, with train stations, trams and buses all nearby. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, and the overall layout never felt cramped. Staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and stress-free.

Only stayed one night. Perfect from chexk in to check out. Only problem we had was, we were driving a rental car and could not find our way to the main street. We were driving around second floor and could not fimd our way downstairs. Maybe it was just us.

We stayed only one night so that we could make our international flight home next day. Easy walk with luggage to and from Airport Little taste of home after 21 days away. I have stayed in many Hyatt Places in US when I traveled for work. This one was similar and very comfortable.
