Excellent hotel in close proximity to airport. Shuttle service is prompt and easy to navigate. You do have to pay for parking, which is a bit inconvenient. Rooms were very clean and welcoming.

For a short stay, this place is perfect – incredibly close to both the city center and the airport. It makes handling business matters very easy while also offering a great chance to enjoy the city. Everything is fast and accessible; you can reach anywhere in no time. The staff are exceptionally attentive and helpful, always quick to assist and provide information. A wonderful place overall!

I feel it was mixed feelings for me. The front desk service was excellent, friendly, but the hardware facilities were somewhat lacking. In particular, the water pressure in the shower was insufficient, and the floor lamp was broken. However, it’s not far from the station, so it’s quite convenient to go out by public transportation.

Took more than 30 minutes to check in. There were only two staffs at the check-in counter when there were so many groups of people checking in. Room assignments were mixed up, room keys not working. You name. A lot of people were having issues with rooms. The parking machine was not working when to pay the parking fee, and had to go back in to the front desk to pay.

Close proximity to Flughaven Zurich, very nice staff members, comfortable rooms, also shuttle to try airport is provided which is nice. Overall it was a great stay!

Our stay was great for 1 night to fly out from Zurich airport, hotel was nice & airport shuttle was A1. I've a problem though with the hotel tax of 3.50 CHF/p. I paid your staff Dilan the 7 CHF in cash upon checkin (May 2), she didn't give me a receipt, thinking that's OK. Came home & found out I was charged Cdn $12+ on my cred card. I assume it's the hotel tax as nothing was damaged, messaged hotel yesterday but no reply. Please respond. Thank you!

We liked that there was a free shuttle to/from the airport, however, you might have to wait because other guests were shopping and picked up at the same time. We were lucky to get the very last 2 seats or we would have waited 40 minutes. The room was okay. The shower sprayed water all over the floor. The hair dryer didn’t work and when I called the front desk for help I was told that he didn’t know how it worked and housekeeping wouldn’t arrive for a few hours. So I had wet hair that day. Our room was in the front of the building and had a bright light shining in all night because the curtains didn’t completely close. The hotel is convenient for the airport, but I cannot recommend.

Right by the airport. Shuttles take you to and from the airport. Staff was lovely. The only issue we had was out room was hot and we couldn’t get it to cool down.
