"Rooms were okay. Hall way smelled disgusting. Pools we're skin burning. Baindaids on the floor in the pool. While in the hot tub, maintenance department brought over "baking soda" to pour in. No staff in the pool area, so lots of unattended children doing what ever they want. Had to wait 37 mins with wet kids for towels to be brought to the pool. Restaurant brought me the wrong drink 3 times in a row (not a special drink off any sort, literally off the menu)"
