The only reasons that this isn’t getting a 5-star review as we genuinely do like staying here, it’s typically a good experience - however there was a hotel maintenance member that rudely barged in front of us in the elevator, didn’t apologize and cut in front of us to get out as well. There were guests around us that woke us up extremely early and lastly, the bathroom had a moldy smell in there. Every other time has been a great stay and we want to continue coming but we will need to rethink it because of our most recent experience. Not overly pleased.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and decent value. We were very impressed by how helpful and happy the staff were. My bf and I were both commenting on how kind and positive all of the staff were. We encountered probably 5 people on the cleaning crew and a concierge, all of them had smiles, were engaging and polite.
