The walls in this hotel are very thin so you could hear your neighbours, no insulation around the door so light shone in all night and the fire alarm went off at 1am for 20 minutes. It was a false alarm seems like someone doesn’t know how to silence the alarm.
You know I m not that picky as long as the price is good and the staff are friendly and helpful then im happy. The staff is the best part and that makes any hotel with great staff a 5 star hotel in my opinion. Thanks to them all
We travel for work and stay 6 days ….on the 3rd day we asked for our room to be cleaned and NONTHING…. I asked the 5th day for the room t on be cleaned and not even to change our towels, toilet paper we had to ask even for garbage bags. The pillows was horrible. The 3rd night the fire alarm went off. Do not recommend AT ALL.
It was not the best hotel, the smell in the room was overwhelming. And we had to request face cloths when we got into the room, there was only 2 large towels. We will never never go back to this hotel!!!
We stayed at this Hotel twice now and both times staff were so nice and helpful and even upgraded us both times for free. Really nice hotel as well. Rooms were super clean and nice. Really recommend.
I mean it’s cheap so manage your expectations accordingly, but like bare minimum stuff wasn’t taken care of, ie no toilet paper in the room on arrival. Fire alarm rang continuously for 30 minutes at midnight, then construction began immediately outside my window at 7:50am. They’re doing daily construction right now so I absolutely recommend spending a bit more and going somewhere else.
Do not recommend. Didn’t even check in. Walked in and right out. Very dirty.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Middle of the road but decent enough
We found this last minute stay during Expo weekend when our Vrbo fell through. Rooms were clean enough but bed was hard and pillows were small and the room construction happened in the evenings (10 pm) sounded like it was right next door or above us. Hammering/drills, scraping of ladders dragged across the floor just threw off my sleep schedule, especially last night, which annoyed me to no end (as you and the desk clerk could probably tell) being that my husband and I are usually asleep by 9pm as he is up at 3:30am. The walls are not romotely soundproof and the gaps in the door let all hallway sounds into the room. Air Conditioning worked well, Fridge was a decent size, Microwave was the cleanest of any hotel/motel I have ever stayed in. Customer service from the desk was good though they did deactivate our keys after night two of three, so had to get them reactived (and they did not ask for ID or name on the booking before reactivating them which gave me some security concerns).
