Its proximity to the lake promenade and the town's enchanting beaches makes it perfect for those who want to fully experience the charm of the coast. In addition, it is located a few meters from the end of the first stage of the Wanderer's Trail, which leads from Lecco to Abbadia Lariana, and then continues with three other stages to Colico.
The apartment is located on the second and last floor of a small building, with access from the communal courtyard where there is also a private garage.
