Welcome to this charming home, this delightful property promises a memorable stay, featuring three cozy bedrooms with three king beds and two comfortable leather sofas with queen sleeper in the living room. As well as, a massive yards with plenty of parking spaces, outdoor furniture, and a spacious game room with pool table and foosball table. Conveniently located just 2 minutes from many restaurants and groceries and perfectly positioned to experience the best area has to offer. It’s 15 minutes from Lakepoint Baseball facility and 15 minutes from Kennesaw State University. Home is very well kept, professionally cleaned and sanitized, after each and every use. The windows are energy efficient to prevent noises and help you rest comfortable.

Home Feel

This home was perfect for our family. We were there for a baseball tournament & this home was located in the middle of everything. The host was great with keeping us updated on anything we needed to know. Check in process was simple & the home was exactly what the pictures show.

My stay in Acworth

House was great. There were portions of the house that were dated and old and slightly broken (one room door, a closet missing two doors, etc) but the hosts were great and super easy to contact for emergencies. We had a clogged toilet while away at a wedding and they were able to send over maintenance to fix it before we got home. Would recommend staying her!

The house was as described. Plenty of room and beds for all ten of us. No overly complicated check out processes and the host was easy to reach and responded quickly.

Nice home for a quick stay.

It was a nice home just on a very busy road. The owner responds so well and quickly. I just wish he had the pet fee listed under the pet section. Along with it must be pre approved. I missed it under the home rules and thought it had to be a mistake on check out since I searched with the pet included. So it did cost me 279 for 4 days just for the pet. Lots of cameras. It was very clean, but I would suggest non satin sheets as they show every stain. Also a welcome kit that contains the laundry soap, dish soap and dishwasher pods would be so helpful rather than hunting for the items. He’s a great host.
