The king size bed was very uncomfortable, felt the springs thru the mattress. Bathroom door skin was pealing off inside of bathroom. Two days before we arrived I tried to call to get info and request that we have rooms on the first level , nobody answered the phone and we could not leave a message. WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN

The staff here is wonderful and helpful. The rooms are basic, clean beds, great shower with hot water. And Loves Truck stop is at the bottom of the hill for all your traveler needs. Most importantly, we felt safe there.

I have stayed here many times in the past when visiting the area. I feel it is a good value as I am just looking for a place to shower and sleep that is clean and comfortable. The staff will ask, almost daily, if everything is okay or if there is something I need.

It's a cheap motel and you get what you paid for. But the staff was very friendly and I felt safe there. For the most part it's clean. It's just getting really run down with paint chipping off of walls and cracks and rust and things like that.

It was the cheapest alternative within a 20 miles radius of Tanglewood. So get what you pay for. It is an older motel so the condition is to be expected. For the price, it was worth the one night stay. Shower wasn't pretty but it worked. Staff was friendly enough. Continental breakfast was just old muffin type things that come in the plastic wrap.

The property is shabby and not maintained. The room was damp and smells of mold. Pool not functioning. Furnishings old and worn. Towels were dirty or stained - couldn't tell. Pics on the website are a total misrepresentation. Water was hot though.

Staff were friendly and efficient. The bedding and towels were clean. The room was also swept. But the upkeep on the room was poor. There were children’s stickers on the wall and furniture that was only partially removed. Similarly, the bathroom was off putting to the point where we didn’t want to shower. Also, the smell of (maybe) cigarettes and cheap cleaning products made it hard to settle in and sleep. Luckily it is conveniently located to Tanglewood and cheaply priced.

Stayed 2 nights. Would not recommend. Issues: - Room was damp and had strange odor. - The small college fridge also had a strange smell to it. - Found small bugs and centipedes on Bathroom floor. - Several noticeable mouse/rodent traps were on floor in bathroom and bedroom. - Pool was closed. (Not disclosed). The Pool Cover was still on the pool and the pool deck/area was overgrown with weeds (so it’s been closed for a while) - Mattresses on the beds were uncomfortable. - Ice machine in office was empty/ out of order. - Motel & room has a general look/feel of disrepair On a positive note: - Front desk staff were nice/helpful. - Location is convenient: Easy access to both. NYS Thruway (I-90) and Route 22 - It was priced less than other nearby motels.
