The room was clean when we first entered the room. But we did not have a cleaning staff enter the room for our 4 nights stay. When I registered I did not tick off that I wanted clean sheets daily. After 2 nights, I changed my mind and stopped by the front desk to request clean bed sheets, clean towels and more hand cleaner. The woman in charge of housekeeping wrote my request down but I didn’t get the sheets changed my 4 night’s stay. I was given clean bath towels because my husband caught someone in the hallway. The entire staff was very kind and friendly! I question the $6.00 (5.56 +.44) for a glass of orange juice at the lobby restaurant and was told that price was determined by headquarters and that nothing could be done.

Check in was easy and the staff very friendly. Andrew was great - explained some history and dinner was good. Managing room temp was a bit of a challenge. We would definitely come back here next time we head to Boston.
