All the staff were friendly, professional and helpful, however Casey provided especially attentive service, going above and beyond to make sure we were aware of all the services and amenities the hotel has to offer. We very much enjoyed our swim in the pool before dinner and the entire facility is one of the classiest I have ever stayed in. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing a place to stay in Albany, NY.

Very accomodating to our changed plans. Room and beds were very comfortable. If it’s an option for you to eat outside the hotel, avoid the onsite restaurant. It is understaffed and a bit chaotic.
