Disappointed

The staff workers were friendly and the hotel was clean. We booked this hotel for the pool and hot tub for our kids. The hot tub was down the entire time and the pool was down for a couple of days. One elevator was not working.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel but our bathroom had some broken floor tiles. Otherwise the room was very clean and a very comfortable king bed. Breakfast was very good. Nice variety. Great location for restaurants and shopping. Would stay here again.

We stayed for one night. There was no pump soap in the shower, it looked like it had been removed. Only one rag for three people. We asked and all was taken care of.

Had a fantastic stay here. Upon an evening arrival- my room had been given to another guest (with my same name)! The clerk (who was new, but super sweet and helpful) was unable to fix the pricing in the system. She phoned the manager, who drove 30 mins out of her way and come back and fix the issue. I'll definitely stay here again! Shouts out to the desk clerk and manager (whose names I wish I would've taken down)!

Our stay was cozy, friendly staff,decent breakfast, and very convenient. However, one of the reasons I booked was so that my daughter could get in the pool and the pool was DISGUSTING. The entire pool was filled with spit, hair, and debris. It was highly disappointing.
