Great little motel in Anaconda. You can tell the owners care a lot about their guests, texted me right away the morning of our arrival and let us know to communicate with them during our stay. The room was cozy and clean, would definitely recommend

The room was fine for sleeping, but it was not comfortable for time before we went to sleep. The bathroom had no shelf space, so we had to store our toiletries outside of the bathroom. The room only had one chair that was very uncomfortable. Finally, the internet was terrible it took 5-10 minutes to establish connections to streaming websites and the internet stopped multiple times while watching a show.

misleading representation of a "remodeled" hotel

We requested a hotel in "Butte - NOT Anaconda. We saw the reviews were in the 9.2. We thought it was good. The hotel was FAR off the freeway. When we got to the hotel, instead of finding a "modern" hotel, we found a very old, updated hotel. The bathroom was too small to dress in. No microwave in the room. No cable TV, a Roku box TV. Coffee maker did not work- sometimes. No food for breakfast. No place to hang clothes. The room was constricting. To be fair the linens in the room had been updated and repainted. But the layout/design of the room was still old. If you had some reason to come to that town, maybe a "higher" review might be given like a 5 or 6. We were trying to stay close to the freeway and in Butte. All these things considered the ratings should be 3.0 to a 4.0 at the very highest. Part of the responsiblity for this score is Hotels.com itself. This hotel should never been on Hotels.com in the first place. Second, when a search is made for a hotel, it should be IN that city - not some other city. My mom who was traveling with me, would have wrote a much harsher review. She was very very unhappy.
