Great property, lots of amenities, good water pressure in the shower. A few hooks on the back of the bathroom door would be great to hang clothes or towels. On a beautiful street with a great balcony overlooking the sea. You couldn’t ask for a nicer place to spend your time in Antibes. The downstairs bed is good for two people, but the couch pull out I felt was only good for one person.

Cute bijou apartment in a fabulous location. It has all you need for a relaxing stay plus the added bonus of a roof terrace to enjoy the sunshine throughout the day and a glass of wine in the evening. The apartment is on a beautiful flower filled pedestrianised street so it's very peaceful and quiet. A few minutes walk brings you to the market and old town with its many restaurants and bars. An excellent base for a relaxing holiday.

Perfect condo in perfect location with rare terrace!

Nice condo in the heart of old town on the prettiest street in Antibes. Perfect location- minutes walk to beach, restaurants, and shops but still quiet at night. Beautiful terrace to enjoy morning coffee and evening meals! Condo has everything you need and Clara very helpful in making recommendations on things to do and see. We had a fantastic 2 week stay in Antibes and would love to return!

Exactly what we wanted!

The apartment could not be on a prettier street. Great location for shops, restaurants and the beach. Well equipped, clean and spacious inside with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. The roof terrace is perfect for both sunbathing, and long summer nights dining outside. Lovely to be able to see the sea too. We would definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay in this charming flat located in the historic centre of Antibes. The house was spotless and the view from the roof terrace to the sea was great. The location was perfect, in an absolutely quiet neighbourhood but with easy access to anywhere you want to go. Also, the host, Clara Bouvier, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. To sum up, this holiday home is really perfect for spending a most relaxed and delightful time on the Côte d'Azur.

10 Days in Antibes!

The property was brilliant and so quirky - yes we were aware of the three sets of steep stairs 😄 but even though we're oldies we coped and it was well worth it to get out on the terrace. Rooftop and sea views and the sun was shining. Thank you Clara x

A little treasure of a place

Having not done much research before we booked, we were so pleased we booked a stay on Antibes. What a stunner of a place. Fully recommend staying in the old town especially on this property. Suited our needs extremely well. 5 mins walk from 2 beaches. 5 minutes walk from restaurants through the magical passage ways. The roof terrace was a great place to end the day with a night cap. La vieille ville d'Antibes est très agréable, c'est resté assez authentique ce qui garantit un dépaysement total. La location est très bien située : près des commerces et de la plage. C'est très calme malgré toute l'animation à proximité. Le grand avantage de la location est sa magnifique vue de la terrasse qui donne sur la mer. Nous avons passé une semaine fort agréable.

Magnifique loft au coeur de la vieille ville d'Antibes sur une des plus belle rue de la vieille ville qui est piétonne. Emplacement parfait - à quelques minutes à pied de la plage, des restaurants ,boulanger et épicerie etc. La terrasse avec la vue sur la mer et les toits est à tomber!!!. On y a passé 4 nuits merveilleuses ,le lit est très confortable et le loft est vraiment très très propre et décoré avec goût! . On a vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans ce loft exceptionnel autant pour son emplacement , sa terrasse,la propreté et l'accueil de Clara notre hôte qui est vraiment top On y retournera c'est certain !! faire des recommandations sur les choses à faire et à voir. Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique de 2 semaines à Antibes et nous serions ravis d'y retourner

Beaucoup de charme

Appartement très soigné et avec beaucoup de charme dans un environnement très calme. Jolie terrasse très agréable. Literie très confortable. Pour compléter l'équipement, un sèche cheveux serait un plus bien utile. Très bon séjour.

Nous avons passés une semaine à l'appartement et c'était super. L'appartement est idéalement situé, près de la vielle ville et la plage. Nous étions deux personnes et c'était bien assez espace pour nous mais l'appartement peut accueillir beaucoup de personnes si vous connaissez l'autres bien. Nous mangerions beaucoup, q'il y a un abondance de restaurants. Mais pour manger dedans, il y a une cuisine bien équipé et un beau balcon/terrace. Nous y retournerions.

The pictures dont lie. They even are less that the reality. We had a great stay. The flat is on a great point to stay in antibes or travel around. Clara was very helpful and gave great tipps. She was always there when needed and always friendly. The flat is stylish without beeing fancy. We could feel home for a while. A heater for the colder nights, washing mashine and everything you need. A great boulangerie just around. A big thank you for dream vacations.
