Sia's Retreat 1 is a quiet modern and newly renovated ground floor apartment located in the Kallithea suburb of Attica. It is located 4.8 km away from the center of Athens and only a short walk to Flisvos Marina and and the Stravros Niarchos Foundation. A quiet escape on the Athenian Riviera.

The space
The apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed to accommodate a 3rd guest or 2 children, a fully equipped kitchen to cover all your daily needs with a dining table, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, a Smart TV and Netflix available and 1 a/c unit in the living areas that provides the desired temperature, summer and winter for the entire apartment.

The location
Sia's Retreat 1 is just a 14 minute walk from the multifunctional, environmentally sustainable center of education, art, sports and recreation Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC) and visitors can enjoy the picturesque Μarina of Flisvos nearby by taking a walk and enjoying the beautiful view of the sea while having a drink or dinner at the beautiful bars and restaurants you will find there!. The Onassis Cardiovascular Surgery Center and the Rea Maternity Hospital are just a stone's throw away. Shopping and dining nearby, as well as the city center to enjoy the sites and history of Athens.


Pets - not allowed

Environmental Fees are mandatory based on the Greek government legislation and are not included in the the accommodation stay price. These fees are charged per night as follows:
2 € per night for the months of November 1st until March 31st
8 € per night for the months of April 1st until October 31st and will be collected during the duration of your stay.
