Property was exactly as advertised! George and Panos were exceptionally helpful. All of the staff were great. Had a smile on their faces with every encounter. I forgot to bring 220 converters and the hotel provided me two of them. All requests were met. We had 10 family members staying here and each person raved about how nice the hotel was. And each stated they would stay here again when in Greece. This is definitely a 5 star hotel!

Best boutique hotel I've ever stayed in. Rooms are enormous for this type hotel, esp. anywhere in Europe. Modern, quiet, comfortable, marvelous rooftop bar with exceptional views.

The property was amazing. The staff was so personal and really went out of their way to make sure w were happy. Our room was perfect, nicely decorated with several welcome gifts! This is the best hotel experience I have ever had. Great job to the staff! We will be back!

The Pinnacle is in the heart of Athens with many great restaurants & shops right outside the hotel. The rooftop views were magnificent & would definitely stay here again 👍👍

Amazing property at the heart of shopping and food. Perfect walking distance to Acropolis and Parthenon. Staff was extremely professional and friendly. The room and hotel are very cozy and well kept.
