Taxi dropped us and I thought what had I done! This hotel went above and beyond our expectations. The rooms were well equipped and decorated with loving care. The roof top area for wine and dinner excellent. Breakfast was more than expected. Manager called us to make sure everything was ok. We were pampered from the moment we arrived until we had to leave but we will be back. A+++

We liked the location and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the rooftop dinner with the view of the Acropolis. The Pinnacle is the greatest boutique hotel in Athens. The staff was extremely helpful in planning my stay arranging for virtually anything I needed from transportation services to restaurant reservations to suggestions to better my stay. My visit was my first to Greece and my hotel choice certainly added to the excellence of my vacation. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the cooks very courteous and helpful with the morning start. The hotel itself is convenient, adorable and very quiet. Thank you Pinnacle for everything you did for me!!

Great location for being close to everything and being able to walk everywhere. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, pleasant, and professional. The room was very nice and very clean. The only thing we didn’t like was the noise level but maybe that’s unavoidable in the main part of Athens. The walls are paper thin so we could hear the family beside us very early in the morning and the street noise from outside was all night. We also found the bed and pillows very uncomfortable.

The hotel is an excellent location, you can walk to everything you need to see in the city. The rooms are smaller than what you think they might be so be prepared for small spaces, especially in the bathroom. The front desk stuff were amazing. They looked after all of our needs even called to confirm one of our daytime activities. We would definitely stay there again.
