Guest Access:

You will have access to the whole house/ unit. If reserved, it will be available for you and your guests ONLY. All areas are private and not shared with me or any other guests.



You should receive your keyless entry code before 3 PM on the day of your arrival.

Emory University and Emory Village are just minutes away, making this an especially convenient location for visiting students, faculty, medical professionals, or families. The area is also close to Fernbank Museum of Natural History, Fernbank Forest, the Atlanta BeltLine, Piedmont Park, and the Atlanta Botanical Garden.



Georgia Aquarium is a great destination for the whole family, featuring thousands of marine animals and fascinating exhibits. Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is approximately 20–25 minutes away by car in light traffic, while major roads and highways provide convenient access to the rest of the city.



Uber and other rideshare services are readily available throughout Atlanta and are a convenient option for getting around without a car.



MARTA provides bus and rail service throughout the Atlanta area. Bus service along Briarcliff Road provides connections toward Emory University and nearby MARTA rail stations, making public transportation another option for exploring the city.



Car rental is another convenient choice for guests who plan to explore Atlanta and surrounding areas at their own pace.



Taxis are also available throughout Atlanta and can be arranged for airport transportation and trips around the city.

➜Pets are welcome, but we kindly request that they stay off the furniture and bedding

➜A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet is required, with an additional fee of $150 for three or more pets



EXTRA GUESTS:

➜A fee of $19 per night per guest is charged after the 6th guest

In compliance with Airbnb's Party Ban, no more than 16 guests are allowed in the house at any time
