Needs some updates to the rooms and the inside other than that the staff was pleasant also the cleaning staff Bree made sure she left a note for me on cleaning my room I thought that was very thoughtful also the lady that checked me in was also great and when I checked out the guy clerk was great as well .over all I had a great stay

We arrived to a room that had not been cleaned. The beds were just pulled back up with dirty linens in both the master bed and the pull-out sofa. I contacted the front desk and there were no other rooms available. It was super late and no time to find another place to stay, so we opted for clean sheets and we cleaned our own room for the night. Tne next morning we gave pictures to the hotel management of the conditions and promptly left.

Room Reeked of Cigarette Smoke

I read decent reviews about this property before booking. The staff were friendly, but my non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. Think 1970's Vegas. The smoke detector was covered in plastic when I arrived, so I imagine the occupant before me was a very heavy smoker. That, or the room service was poor enough that no one had noticed in some time. Also, a small thing, but there was no shampoo.

The property feels unsafe and has a bad odor to it. We had to stay here due to flight changes and it was the only hotel around available otherwise would not have stayed as we have stayed here once before and had the same experience.

Room wasn't ready when arrived. Some of the staff was lazy and sat on beds talking while people wait on a room. Pool didn't look clean. Had plumbing issues in the room and maintenancedidn'tfind it a priority. I can keep listing but sure you get a picture.

Missed my 9:15 plane. I was so upset and so exhausted from literally running from concourse to concourse when my flight gate changed twice. I just needed a room to shower and get some rest. I called to reserve the room and asked if I could check in early. The lady I spoke with said she would do her best. The shuttle driver, Michael was the ONLY kind, helpful person I encountered that day. I arrived at hotel via shuttle, they said they had no rooms ready. I sat in corner of lobby while gathering was being held. I was completely ignored, falling asleep on my bags..it was nearly 4 when I was finally gestured to the counter and set up with a room. I was visibly shaken, had been crying and needed to be acknowledged and helped. I was not.

I walked in and I had asked for an early check in they said they were trying to accommodate me, I said that was okay I understood. When I said I'll wait here in the lobby and the kids can just go to pool meanwhile right away she said No, I can not use premises because it was a liability issue. I told her this was my first time checking in at a hotel when they told me I was not allowed to use it if I didn't check in yet. While I was waiting. I had gotten the kids ready before and they were excited, it was going to break their heart to tell them it wasn't gonna happen. I asked for a supervisor she said it wasn't available. I asked for a manager she said there wasn't none. So my issue was not solved and I was not able to talk to anyone. I asked her to cancel my reservation and I went somewhere else. She said they charge 25 dollar cancellation But she was going to waive it for me for the inconvenience. The hotel is also very GUETTO. Run down. It's not as nice as the pictures show.
