My tv wasn’t working when I checked in. A staff member came up right away to reboot the TV. She also brought a bag with water and snacks. Very much appreciated. Shortly after I was unable to adjust the air conditioning. It was cold in my room. Staff unable to fix it. I was moved to a different room. Everything worked but there was no basket for brewing coffee. The staff was responsive.

The staff was top tier and so helpful I was having some issues with my cards at check in and they were so patient. This is definitely my layover spot when I’m in atl also it’s really convenient to everything

Upon a closer look, hair in bathtub drain. No plug to stop the water in tub so no bath. Pool looked as if there was a grease film floating on top. No ice machine on every floor. Sitting area outside was non smoking and was asked to stand in the driveway to smoke.

The staff at the desk was great, I wish I got the young lady’s name that checked us in. However, the hotel could use a major renovation. The carpets were a bit dirty and the “fresh” towels had hairs on them as if someone had just used them to shave. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Very friendly staff! The property itself is old and a little outdated, but I can understand that. The bathroom was very dirty with hair in the tub and sink. The hallway was un vacuumed and it just had a grimy dirty feel to it. Very unkept. The dining room was very clean, however.
