Shuttle driver on Sunday at 7 am (11-16) was the BEST. Check in on Saturday night was great - don’t recall the gent’s name but he was warm and friendly. Common areas are rough. Room was very clean but pretty dated. Definitely a good value.

The best customer service - Kind, helpful attentive staff- who truly went the extra mile. The premises was clean but shabby- carpet in rooms stained, and furnishings outdated. Disappointing for the Hilton brand. However, I would stay again just for the wonderful staff.
