After going to multiple hotels from being displaced from my home last week, this was by far the best hotel that I could afford and not feel stressed and worried about the cleanliness, bed bugs, the anxiety, the stress it just went away. The front guest clerk were very welcoming and catered to the needs of each individual guest. As I watched, there was such consistency and the customer service there and I am very appreciative for that. Thank you
The plus, the room is clean and they allow pets. The downside is the hotel is in need of remodeling. I don't think I wander around in this area after night. It's OK for my one night stay.. Probably wouldn't come back.
I was in town for my granddaughters college graduation and to see my new greatgrand son. I liked that I had a refrigerator,elevator. The bed was comfortable. I didn't like that I couldn't get a discount to stay another night or change to a higher floor room from the second floor I had, I didnt have a chair for the desk in the room.

Absolutely Disgusting and Dishonest - Avoid at All Costs!
My recent experience at this Sleep Inn location was nothing short of appalling. We checked in and were in our assigned room for no more than 30 minutes before we had to leave due to the utterly deplorable and disgusting conditions.
Despite booking a smoke-free room, the stench of smoke was overwhelming. This was just the beginning of the nightmare. The shower was coated in a thick layer of scum and hair, and the glass doors were equally filthy – it was obvious the bathroom hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The floors throughout the room were also disgustingly dirty.
When we raised concerns about the bed sheets appearing dirty, with what looked like the outline of a previous guest and hair clearly visible, we were falsely assured they had been cleaned and changed. This was a blatant lie.
Unwilling to subject ourselves or our child to such unsanitary conditions, we had no choice but to leave within 30 minutes of arriving and find alternative accommodation. Adding to this terrible experience, the hotel is now refusing to provide a refund and has even gone as far as to lie to Expedia, claiming we stayed in the room. Thankfully, we have proof of our prompt departure and our stay at another hotel.
Do not book a room at this Sleep Inn. The conditions are unsanitary, and their customer service is dishonest and uncooperative. Save yourself the stress and find a hotel that prioritizes cleanliness and respects its guests.
