My little family & I stayed for a couple of days due to a house emergency & just from the start the staff was very friendly & understanding as I put in a request to get a 1st level suite & they accommodated me with no hesitation; for the price for our stay with the capacity of the suites it was like having your own mini apartment , rooms are secluded so you have your own seperate privacy with a outside shared patio area right outside of your room. It was very quiet & the neighbors were friendly. The breakfast was okay for what you pay for , we don’t care for extensive breakfast options so what they serve for breakfast is very convenient & the lobby area of where you eat was very nice , has a tv & just a relaxation feel as you’re just sitting there eating. Overall I really loved my stay along with my family as it even is in a shopping area, multiple restaurants & recreational things to do. The only cons were, I’d advised deep washing the carpet & curtains as the suite did have a strong smell of urine & would often linger but we always bring our own home supplies, to where the smell had went away. As well as there were what it looked like blood stains on the curtains to where we used sanitizer & gloves to open & close curtains/shutters. So the cleanliness & up keeping should be updated but other than that I have no other complaints

Hotel was booked and my room smelled like a dog pissed on literally everything. Had to switch rooms at 6 in the morning when the manager came in. The smell was overwhelming and needless to say I didn’t get any sleep. My guest has to leave and go stay with her friend at a different hotel. :(

Great stay

Tonette at front desk was amazing in helping me through out my stay. Accommodations were great. Loved layout of room and the location of hotel was perfect for my needs. Area was quiet and plenty of restaurants nearby.

Well, we did love staying here. It was only a it was a misunderstanding in the room that we booked we want one with the patio and preferably on the first floor because I had a handicap person with me, but I should’ve communicated that before arriving and confirmed when I was reserving the room however the rooms was still nice and clean, and the staff mostly was great They even let us stay an extra night because of the elevator inconvenience they had to stuck on the third floor during checkout we weren’t ready to leave anyway, so the fact that they were even able to compensate us for that was amazing. Overall, the manager was great and the morning staff was amazing housekeeping was also very sweet when assisting my mother with getting extra towels and a blanket.

At first glance was decent. After a few hours in the room. The first of many roaches appeared. I went to management immediately. The supervisor on duty at the time was apologetic and understanding and ready to address the issue. The place was and other area hotels were booked for Labor Day weekend. The solution given was to treat the room and re clean it while we were out for the day. I accepted those terms with hopes it would work out. Well needless to say it did not and more roaches were present when we returned at 1:30 am as well as staff leaving behind the empty roach bomb treatment cans in the room. Again the staff was accommodating and I was moved to a new room the next day because a room became available after a check out at the hotel. The property gives apartment complex because there were people who have been living there for a while. It’s an Extended Stay property which was not a problem. Overall it needs up dates and renovations inspite of the reviews with the 8/10 ratings because the area was nice 20 mins outside of downtown ATL and could be a hidden gem for family that travel.

The room had flees and the rep was trying to persuade me in to staying in the room by having it bombed and sprayed. But that should have never been an option. She should have immediately moved us to a different room.

We stayed here for a concert in the area. Rates are good, rooms was clean and spacious. the rooms with the kitchens could use an upgrade, but everything else was find. Check in was good. Didn't eat the breakfast the next morning due to they only serve from 7-9am. the only place I have ever stayed that only serves for 2 hours.

I did not like the fact that the tv in the living room did not work and the desk lamp did not work. There was only 1 lamp that worked in the living room. In the bed room there was no fan and only 1 of the 2 lights worked. The WiFi on the tv in the bed room kept going out.
