The host was very nice & responded very quickly, with any of our questions & concerns when we had very little issues. Myfriends and i had a very great time , it was very fun. the bed were very comfortable & cozy. I highly recommend you book with this host. Easy booking process , easy check in & amazing wifi.
The home was very nice. There was a small smell in the master bath, as if the home had not been occupied in a while but nothing that couldnât be remedied with cleaning products and some air freshener. The shower curtains needed to be thrown in the washer and was good as slightly new once they were properly cleansed. Some of the bedding also had to be thrown in the washer due to some stains. There were some items left behind in the closets and cabinets, no doubt from the previous occupants. The floors were slightly worn with minor scratches and scraps on the walls, but all in all, the home worked for my crew.
We had a wonderful time. This is a lovely property, very spacious kitchen. Love the stoneware cookware. The beds were big and comfortable. The back patio/balcony was a great addition, but in the fall the leaves had more fun. LOL but we managed.
Although we did find a few things missing that we needed, once I emailed the host, they made sure we had what we needed in no time at all. (thank you for that).
While there are 2 floors to this property with stairs available, a few things could be done to make it more handicap accessible for future visitors that may need the assistance.
Overall, our stay was grand, and we all had a good time and will be back again soon. Thank you for the accommodations and providing a beautiful property to share with family.
There were several issues with the house, it was not up to the standards that have been set in the past when using VRBO. The kitchen, dining room and foyer needed to be mopped, there were dirt and stains on the floor that needed to be cleaned. One bathroom had no rug and no trash can bags nor were there trash bags to put in the can. The towels need to be upgraded, they are not the best quality they are very thin. There was a pool table in the game room but no sticks, how can that be?There was a mop bucket and broom with dustpan sitting in the dining room next to the back door that needed to be put away. There was an ironing board in the master bedroom but no iron. Upon searching the entire house it was in the queen room on the upper floor. Because we could not find it I had to purchase an iron which I didnât need at home but we were in Atlanta for a church service and uniforms needed to be ironed. The biggest problem was the house had a terribly foul odor that penetrated the entire house. We narrowed it down to the king bedroom on the top floor. We couldnât figure out what it was but it was nasty. There was also a lot of noticeable hair in shower drain. I contacted the owner and he was going to send over a cleaning crew. I waited for over an hour but one showed up to address the problems. I truly believe I am entitled to compensation for this house not being up the standards of a VRBO property.
