• Please put all your trash into the outside trash bins on Monday night and roll them to the outside curb. Please roll them back on Tuesday night so they can't be visible from the street, inside the garage preferred.
• This is a family oriented and child friendly home, however children and infants must be under active supervision by a parent or guardian, at all times. All responsibility and duty of care for them must be provided by you, including their personal equipment and needs.
• Only Pets over 1-years old and fully house trained are allowed. Up to 3 pets are allowed on the Premises. Pet fee is $250 per pet, payableto the owner directly.
• Keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM per city regulations.
• Parties of any kind or loud music are not allowed on the property. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges. In the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT A REFUND
• There is no smoking or drugs allowed - by anyone staying in the house or visiting
- anywhere on the property or around it.
• The premises are equipped with an exterior security camera at the door entry. Camera is installed primarily as a theft deterrent and to avoid police dispatch for false alarms. No cameras are placed inside. Security camera may be used to verify compliance with rental policies.
Safety:
This is a 2-story home with stairs. Stairs present an inherent danger. You are accepting full responsibility for the safety of renting parties and all guests; and agreeing that all Guests will supervise children to ensure their safety. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 16 MUST BE SUPERVISED ALL THE TIME.
The Landlord assumes no responsibility for any accident or injury in connection with such use.
