sketchy motel

Terrible experience. The front desk guy wasn't friendly. We got to our room and things were broken and dirty and the people staying in other rooms nearby were sketchy. After 5 minutes we decided we were not going to stay there. We walked back to the lobby and handed back the keys. The guy said we wouldn't be charged and I was changed, currently disputing the charge now.

Property not very well kept. Lots of homeless and unkempt people roaming around property at all times of day. Noisy. Room had burn marks all over tables, bedding, bathroom. Chair for fest was missing an armrest. TV wasn’t working properly…….. fuzzy screen, etc……

REFUND!

We want a refund back for our stay the location wasn’t what we expected and neither was the room! We checked out as soon as we check in and was told by lobby worker to get in contact with y’all for refund.

Then no conciliatory manner, no ice machine available on 1st floor when asked for accessible room, hair in bathroom NOT mine, bugs in room and no coffee maker which is generally standard these days but least of my concerns!

The refrigerator did not work. The television did not work. There seemed to be a lot of people hanging out around the parking lot, which did not make me feel very safe. It was very noisy. I don’t believe I slept more than an hour or two all night. I definitely will never stay there again.

Very poor maintenance! No flush due to no water in the tank toilet! Damaged bathtub! Roaches party! I caught it when the outlet unplugged from the microwave and refrigerator that’s how I’ve wasted money on my chocolate milk and ice cream when I came in! I’m asking for refund!
