Wonderful place to stay! The entire property inside and out was incredibly spotless. Everything was so easy and welcoming for all of our guests. Every single bed was very comfortable and even the towels were super soft. Small details are thought of with this property and we appreciated them all. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this home over a long weekend and everything was great. The house is as advertised, well kept and really well stocked. We used the pool and it was also in great shape. Host communication was excellent. Would definitely stay agin.

Girls' Getaway in Dripping Springs

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. It was comfortable and met our expectations. Alison was great at getting back to us whenever we had questions. We were even able to enjoy the hot tub while keeping an eye out for frogs! : )

Family Reunion Getaway

This is a beautiful home with a wonderful pool and hot tub. We enjoyed our stay there very much. The only thing I would suggest is to clean up the yard by mowing and cleaning up the landscaping around the house, the entire yard was overgrown and in need of attention.

Wedding Weekend

Our family was in town for a wedding and this house was perfect for us. Everyone had their own bedroom and the location was wonderful. We enjoyed the pool and backyard on a hot day. Allison was able to accommodate an early check in and sent back some valuable items left behind, which was much appreciated.

Wonderful Wedding Weekend

This house was perfect!!! There were no surprises, was exactly as photos online. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need from morning coffee, to afternoon cocktails, and dinner. The coffee bar with a variety of syrups was a very nice touch. The backyard is very private with a great hot tub,pool, and gas grill.. We had family in for a wedding and this was the perfect setting to relax and visit. I highly recommend this home. The host was quick to respond and very accomodating with a couple of requests I had.There were travel size toiletries just like a hotel, which came in handy. Nicely decorated entire family loved it!!

Great Pool!

We needed a place for our family of 5 over three generations to stay for a nearby wedding. The home was clean and we slept comfortably. The pool was amazing! We were able to comfortably relax between wedding events.

Well appointed house with pool

The house was great for a multi night stay over the eclipse. The beds were very comfy and kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the backyard and pool area the most. I was disappointed at the lack of preparation in the yard and outdoor space. They responded and send someone over to clean the next day and made it look much better. Very much appreciate the quick response! We would stay here again if we went back to Dripping Springs.

Great spot for our wedding

Very nice and modern. Plenty of room for 4 couples and two young adults. Coffee that was provided was a nice touch. The air conditioning unit was a bit tricky. We wanted it to heat a bit, but kept running air at 65 degrees. Finally figured it out the 2nd night. There were plenty of towels for everyone. We would stay there again since it was so convenient.

The sleek clean lines /decor and layout of the interior were aesthetically pleasing. The interior layout also gives great opportunities for privacy. Neighborhood is relatively quiet and well kept. The downtown was great! Friendly! Shout to Juniper Tree!

Perfect Pool Weekend

We had a group of 7 girls do a quick weekend trip...the house was perfect for 7! It was clean, owners were extremely friendly and responsive, and the pool was perfect on a hot TX day. Only advise, rent a car if you're flying into Austin...getting an Uber wasn't easy and we were so thankful for our rental car. Would stay here and in this area again in a heartbeat! Thank you!

The home was very clean and just as described in the photos. We did have a little trouble checking in however, the property manager responded fairly quickly and resolved her issue. We would stay here again absolutely!
